Visited Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Ordered Jalapeno poppers at counter and was told they were out. The young lady at the counter then casually mentioned they were also out of roast beef. "Sorry, you do get a 10% discount though." An Arby's without roast beef? Ok, it may not be the apocalypse but it could be one of the signs. We opted to stay and try the assorted chicken-based menu items (which were good).

Ate here while staying nearby. Very small crowd for 8.00PM on a Friday in August. Ate in bar. Food was decent but no atmosphere. Barmaid very friendly but waitress for food needs to learn a lot about customer service - especially as place almost empty.
We went for Mothers Day Brunch and was seated in The Library Lounge. So comfortable with an upbeat yet cozy atmosphere. The bar tenders/servers were lively yet respectful and seemed to know many of the folks on a personal note! It's a small and inviting, beautiful Old, wood paneled Library feel, with an incredible wood species collection!Full bar and great menu selection.

We had very good baked beans with a fair amount of brisket inside. The ribs were dry and the brisket was fine. We ate around 2 o'clock in the afternoon so perhaps we were eating some food that had been kept warm for a while. If I go again, I probably will go closer to 11 o'clock and get the food as it's probably the freshest. The seating area in the restaurant has a fair amount to be desired and air conditioner was not working all that well. I found it funny to see a bathtub in a barbecue restaurant and it was extremely small but cute. This would be a great place to time your meal and get it for take out. The kids had grilled cheese and it was very good.

We were in town and looking for something to eat besides fast food. Johnny's was the perfect spot to eat. They had both lunch and breakfast available and about 5 daily specials. The menu was typical for a small town diner. I chose the Taco Salad which was piled high with various items. The salad was good and too large to complete. My son choose the hamburger. The burger was cooked perfect on a flat iron grill and my son was thrilled with the taste. His fries were also perfectly cooked and filled the remainder of the plate. Johnny's appears to have been around for quite some time. While the interior is nothing special the food and prices are. The daily specials were 6 bucks and all the plates at other tables looked great. Service was also very good. Johnny's-Small town cafe serving great food at very affordable prices.

The lodge itself is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are reasonably priced. We didnât eat there, but the bar tender was knowledgeable and made fabulous drinks. Highly recommendEnd. Thank you for your feedback! We hope you are able to join us again!

We arrived by accident- had to take a detour and decided to stop. Late afternoon and we were the only customers. Great service. And the food was fresh and tasty. Good salads, sandwiches and other items. We were happy!
