My adult daughter is autistic and I try to do something special with her on the weekends to have one on one time. This weekend we decided to drive from Albuquerque to Edgewood to see what the fuss was about. We ordered the Supreme and a Toss Salad with ranch. The pizza was amazing! The crust was wonderful and the flavor of the pizza all together was sooo good! It was what Pizza used to be. The salad was small but actually enough for my daughter and I to share. The ranch was really good to. The service was wonderful, you were always acknowledge, never ignored and they were very polite. We got there when it opened and there was a steady stream of customers. I will drive out with my daughter again. It was so worth it!

Dirty, building and employee. Combing hair and face with gloved hands. I just could not get past that. I can't with all honesty say I ate there, because after seeing that I just walked out.

BuffetPer the motel I was staying at, this was the only âfamily restaurantâ in town and right across the street.After looking at the menu, the buffet sounded and looked like the best deal. Lots of choices but it was today's Pulled Pork that made it worth it. Lots of customers which can be key to fresh food at a buffet, good turn over. Only one item, the macaroni salad at the salad bar looked like it may have been there a while. The lettuce and fixings, the salad bar, are also included as part of the menu options so that area has an even higher turnover of food.Both the salad bar and hot food bar looked well taken care of and I saw the person switching out items basically the whole time I was there. I didnât see any âbad food,â personally I didnât care of one of their spicy items, but that is a âtasteâ issue, not a âquality issue.â

We like to eat here, especially with the soup and salad buffets. This was just as nice and well run as the others we have stopped in. Would stop here again if in the area. Also close to I-40...

The best in town. We have been eating here since they opened and they have never failed us. The BBQ is flavorful and on point. My favorite is the potato covered with brisket and coleslaw....OMG! You can't go wrong with anything. Now we haven't had the ribs yet because they go so quick. It's a must try if you are in town.

Quaint truck-stop diner! Just what we expected. Service was quick. Wait staff were friendly. Atmosphere was 50âs truck-stop diner style (as would be expected!) I had the catfish basket. It was delicious and the fries were, seriously, the best I have ever had!

Decided to eat here after reading the reviews. WOW! The brisket sandwich with Shortyâs Hot BBQ sauce was amazing... the bread was also excellent. The broasted chicken was the best fried chicken Iâve ever eaten and the fried okra was outstanding. Plus.... the entire staff was awesome. I will definitely stop here every time I pass through. We visited tonight for the first time. Our server was attentive and the food was well prepared in a short period of time. The portions were huge especially considering the incredibly modest pricing. It was a Friday evening & they had a small country band playing. However, the music was not intrusive. Overall, we had a nice meal in a place that was friendly & courteous. Well visit again if we are ever in the area.
