Was looking forward to our first visit here but I must say we were not impressed. We had the seafood pasta special and it was really weak on seafood and overly rich. Was hoping for better.

They have a special going until July 31: M-F from 12-4 their menu is half price except for drinks. We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed our meal. Their bbq sauce has a touch of heat that I didnât like and I wish their baked beans were better but the meat quality was very good. Their pizzas are also good. Enjoy!

We had dinner on a Friday night in October. My husband had the Back 40 tacos made with salmon, pineapple and mango. I had the beet salad with salmon. We also ordered the cucumber mint kombucha. Everything was delicious. The Back 40 was recently renovated. Apparently it is a very old building. They took great care to renovate, using recycled products and innovation! It is very nice and apparently very popular. There was an hour wait for those who got there after 6:30. We loved our meal at the Back 40!

Simonâs Restaurant is located in the main building at the Homestead. It is a lovely restaurant with open area tables and a semi-private room which we used for our business meetings. The best asset of this restaurant is the exceptional waitstaff that did a great job of taking care of our party of 16. Being a group this large, we had the opportunity to see almost every entree on their menu. Overall, we would rate their food as good, but not great. The less expensive items, like sandwiches and the chicken dishes were somewhat disappointing, while their more expensive menu choices were a big hit, particularly the pork chops, prim rib and salmon. After seeing most of the dishes served here, I would recommend spending a few extra bucks and choose the more expensive entrees, which come with side and will feel more like a proper meal. They do have a full bar service and unlike most other restaurants in Utah that have bar service and gouge their customers, drink prices here were quite reasonable.

New American Cuisine with continental flare, centered around the stone hearth oven. Firm believers in farm to table and local sourcing. Family friendly with a kids menu. Extensive wine list (including champagne), craft cocktails and local micro-brews at t
Our family had an amazing late lunch at Midway Mercantile! Fish tacos, turkey sandwich and burger were all delicious. Topped it off with an incredible hot fudge sundae and homemade strawberry rhubarb pie with ice cream. Atmosphere and service are top notch. Definitely a place to check out when youâre in the area.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here. Fairly small menu with a lot of great options including some weekend specials. Prices are reasonable for the high quality food and drink. The calamari appetizer was particularly exceptional. Service was top notch. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations are recommended for the weekend. Will go back again.

My husband had pizza. Crust & toppings good, but sauce lack in flavor. The Wedge Salad was excellent but huge. Half a head, would be Great to split. The service is very friendly, and it looks like they try. They stopped by our table several times as we waited for the pizza. The music was a nice tough.

We had the burgers with side salads for lunch. They were generous, and cooked just as we asked (medium rare). The side salads were very nice (NOT your bland iceberg lettuce). We ordered the pecan pie to share with two coffees. The coffee was fresh, but pretty bland (not unusual for many restaurants in UT). Based on the nice burgers, we figured the pie would be good. I've honestly seen better pies for sale at the check-out counter of a gas station! Definitely industrial pre-made crust and the filling was this unappetizing yellow jelly-like goo with a few pecans on top. It wasn't that it was spoiled, it was just SUB-PAR.We should have complained, but our very pregnant server seemed a bit overworked and we didn't want to add any grief to her day...

Located in the Zermatt Resort in Midway Utah, Z Chop House offers a once weekly buffet every Saturday night. The food was very good. The family favorites included the grilled vegetables, cheese fondue, prime rib, shrimp, and the desserts. Every person very much enjoyed their experience. There was a pianist which was very talented and elevated the experience as well. The buffet is only offered on Saturday evening and reservations are recommended.

We were traveling through Utah and searched for a restaurant for breakfast. The Blue Boar Inn was just the type of relaxing place we wanted. The decor is charming, the food is excellent, and the whole dining experience delighted us. Next time weâll plan on booking a room at this perfect place.
