Ate here twice during recent trip to Hinesville. Did lunch both on a Saturday and Sunday. Everything from Fried Chicken, BBQ Beef, Pork BBQ Chicken, Smoked Sausage, Smoked Turkey and so much more. Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Potato Salad, Fries, Wedges, Creamed Corn, Turnip Greens, Mac and Cheese Green Beans, Fresh Salad Bar plus many mixed salads and numerous delightful desserts! Fill yourself up as if you are still hungry you did not eat enough plate fulls on this massive BBQ and Country Cooking Buffet. One side note there were so many people that gathered there for lunch, there are some great people to begin conversations with and a good time was had by all! The pricing runs somewhere around $12 to $14 per person and soft drink.

We have been cooking and serving southern food to the local community for over 40years. It's a great day for southern food.
This was our 1st time visiting this place, but it won't be the last! I had a hard time choosing what to eat because everything looked good. I went with the fried fish, fried chicken, cabbage, and sweet potato fluff. Oh my gosh it was sooo good! My husband showed no mercy on the baked chicken with mac-n-cheese. However, my kids weren't too fond of the collards. We washed everything down with the thirst quenching peach sweet tea. I could have taken a few gallons of that tea back to NC. Overall, DELICIOUS!!

We used to go to this place all the time. It is under new ownership, and it is not good. They said the food hasnât changed, but it definitely has. They put mayonnaise in the Mac and cheese, they have never done that before. The salad bar was messy and mostly empty. Even the rice and mashed potatoes tasted bland. Even the waitress said that a lot of people have been saying the food changed for the worse. We will probably not be back.

We drove down from Savannah to try the seafood at this popular place. The view was great and the service excellent. I had the fried shrimp basket. The shrimp did not taste right. I could not sleep that night and the next day I felt queasy and did not have anything to eat, The shrimp?

Military owned & operated local restaurant proud to serve locally grown products & to support Georgiaâs own Breweries & Distilleries. The Local on 17 serves USDA Prime Steaks, Low Country Seafood, Southern Favorites, and a Full Bar! Stop in for great food
I've been here a few times. Never had a terrible experience, and probably never will. Took the lady out for a steak dinner because, well, she loves steak. I decided that tonight was the night to go big. The lady ordered the filet mignon and I...ordered the porterhouse. We had caesars to start, which were pretty solid, but had onion, which my girl didn't appreciate. The sides we ordered were great, and our server was attentive and familiar with the special and menu items. Now, to the steaks. They were both under the dry-aged menu, so I expected similar flavor, not texture (let's understand that). So, the porterhouse was a weird texture and color. It also tasted almost spoiled, but the description on the menu said that aging would give the steak a "nutty" flavor. I didn't taste that. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't to my liking. It was slightly disappointing for the price I paid for it. My girlfriend's filet, however, was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Fork-tender and flavorful as any steak I have ever had! All in all, a good experience again. Not my favorite visit, but it was still a solid experience!

When it comes to food, sports and drinks- Snazzy's Hot Wings & Sassy Things is the hottest spot in Coastal Georgia! We have been locally owned and operated for years, so naturally, we're all about the neighborhood. We know how important it is to be able t
Sitting here at the moment asking myself why in the world Iâm in this place. Not sure what I expected but wow. Stay away! The wings are over cooked and hard to even get the meat of the bone they are so over cooked, the fries are undercooked, the pizza looks good but isnât. Oh aside from that I just picked up my glass to drink my beer... wiped away a lip print on the other side of the glass.... first drink, so itâs not mine. I know itâs attached to a hotel but I know I did expect clean glassware, you know a place that has a working dish washer that can handle at least removing someone elseâs lip print off a glass? Maybe that was expecting too much?

If you like McDonald's, chances are you'll look for them as you travel. Along I-95 in Georgia, this fairly new place (about 2 years old) is at exit 76 off of I-95 (the Midway/Sunbury/Hinesville exit). We've stopped here for meals about a dozen times over the past year. Service is downright slow. Our waiting time for two, Quarter Pounders with Cheese (#2 off the menu) was 20 minutes during our last visit! This is typical of this place and it's not clear to us why this is the case. There's plenty of staff moving around this shop: 11 during our last visit. We assume it must be the work ethic and quality of local hires and management as a contributing cause.Want tasty and fast service at a nearby McDonalds? Visit exit 90 off of I-95 to the north in Richmond Hill, GA. This McDonalds is located right outside the gate entrance to Fort Stewart. They are co-located with a Love's and are used to handling heavy customer traffic.

We stopped for an early lunch while visiting the midway museum across the street. Since it was a Saturday...only breakfast was being served. We chose 2 eggs, corn beef hash and biscuits ...all were perfectly cooked and delicious. The restaurant was filled with local people and the waitresses were very friendly with the customers...it was a very comfortable atmosphere. We would definitely eat here again if in the area
