Wanted to try something new, but quick as we were passing through Medicine Hat, read reviews and decided to try it! The service was good, everything flowed efficiently, food was ready quickly and served hot! What wasn't so great; The sun was setting and there are no blinds or tint on the windows and you get blinded pretty much at any table you sat at!Our orders had maybe half of the toppings on it that we had ordered, whomever was doing the "fresh" toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles must have been taking a nap! The kids hotdogs were on the over cooked side unfortunately as well! And the bathrooms are extremely small, you basically have to straddle the toilet to close the door, which is in my opinion not ideal or accommodating! Not sure if I would put it on my list to visit again,But I do want to say the burgers and fries were delicious (with the topping there were)!

Rickyâs All Day Grill has quickly become one of my favourite restaurants in Medicine Hat for Sunday morning breakfast. The service is great, the food is delicious and their coffee is always fresh. I'm back to liking Earl's and the food they serve. Unfortunately, even after letting the waitress know that we had to eat and run, it took 65 minutes from the time we ordered our meals to arrival. Service was great and friendly and the food was great. Just need an improvement on the time it takes to get a meal.

We were here three different times in our stay and the service was not great every time. Waitresses not super friendly, definitely not speedy. Food was decent. Really disappointing to have an on-site restaurant that doesnât go above and beyond. Sadly, that seems to be the theme of the lodge.Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. went for supper with friends on the weekend, we told the waitress that our friend was the designated driver cause all of us were drinking. We spent three hundred dollars there and they charged my designated driver friend for every gingerale he had, where usually every other restaurant we go to only chrges for the first one. Food was excellent but shame on them for what they did. Pop is cheap and they should promote not drinking and driving.

We recently celebrated my wifeâs birthday at the Keg. It was definitely a 5 Star Dining Experience. Or server named Kirsten made the event an absolute blast. Her fabulous sense of humour as well as her attention to detail was second to none. The food was excellent, I had the sirloin oscar and it was delicious. Highly Recommended!!!

We went out with friends and had an incredible evening--the "appies" were phenomenal and the entries were excellent and I was totally impressed on how reasonable it was. This place is awesome! The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable about what on the menu. The meal we had was a 3+3 choice of 3 meats and 3 sides and it was the perfect size of portions for us to share and it was very delicious. We have ate at a lot of different BBQ restaurant all over North America and this one rates among the top 15 . I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great meal.

We have been away for awhile but finally got back to our favourite place to eat in Medicine Hat, Ab the REDWOOD Steakhouse. My husband had made arrangements to have dinner for our Anniversary. He requested our favourite waitress PEGGY GRANT. We actually showed up an night early and she was wonderful. The next night as planned we again had Peggy for our waitress and had another amazing evening. Peggy was great ( she always goes above and beyond) and the food wonderful. The manager Amul stopped by to say Hi. He is very friendly and accommodating. Peggy and him make sure they always have a bottle of our favourite wine chilled.
