My mother used to think Arby's near DC was a wonderful treat. We found the opposite it was New Year afternoon and we stopped at this shop for a classic roast beef sandwich. We took it to our car and found it basically inedible. The taste was off although size was ample. The restrooms were filthy but the help nice. Skip this place.
My daughter and I stopped around 1:30 one day with very few people in the restaurant and got seated in a booth. A waitress took our drinks order and we placed our lunch order with a philly steak sandwich meal, a chicken philly sandwich meal and an order of fried pickles. Our waitress was friendly but must of been forgetful as she never gave the kitchen the order for the fried pickles. We waited for quite some time for our meal to come to the table, which seemed strange with an empty dining room? The sandwichâs were good but we thought were too high priced! Our bill totaled $25.00 for the two meals and we had to remind the waitress to cancel the fried pickles as we never got them, so she said she would take the two drinks off of the bill! We certainly were not impressed and donât plan a return visit to the Tin Mule!
fresh and tasty, like you would expect. This is at a truck spot right off the I-10 and it open late.

My husband and I walked over here from hotel at 7:15pm. Was only 4 tables 10 with people when we got there. Several tables had not been cleared. We sat down and looked over menu. One table was eating. One table was getting food. Plate by plate. And not getting all they ordered. Two customers from one table got up and got their coffee and silverware. Another table of two said can we just get some water till you have time to wait on us. We were never acknowledged. A guy came in set at bar and got coffe and placed order immediately by waitress that had just got there. Other waitress told her when she came in of the 2 tables that had not been waited on. Around 20 minutes later we got up and left. Not one of the waitress ever came to our table.

Iâve been there twice- two years apart. Both times the place was swarming with folks that were as friendly and down home as the cookin. I had Lima beans, dressing, home made mashed potatoes, fried chicken and gravy, and chicken divan with peach cobbler for desert. Loved every bite. Thereâs something for every one. If you donât like it then somethingâs wrong with you! Delish.
