We felt like trying something new out of our usual. We will definitely return. The place is cute and quaint. They have a nice beer selection. The menu is limited, but what we tried, we really enjoyed. The staff was friendly and efficient.

We were staying in Indy and took the train to Chicago for the day. Decided to eat here since our son and friend s said it was great. The pizza was out of this world best deep dish chicopozza I have ever had. The service was terrible we waited 20 minutes after we were seated for a waitress and she was not around much. The deep dish takes 45 minutes to make so keep that in mind. The lunch specials are faster. We ordered the lunch specials and one meat deep dish. One off our daughters friend asked for the lunch special but somehow she got a small pizza . We told the server why would you think a little girl would get that when all the other kids got the lunch special. So we spent 25 dollars for her to eat 3 pieces of pizza. Common sense was not our waitress strong point. Food was great hopefully you get a better waitress. We will go back.

Our group of 12 tried a variety of items including fish, salads, chicken and burgers. Didn't hear anyone complain, but not any raves either. My burger was good but nothing special. The house slaw was tasty. Our server was knowledgeable and pleasant and gladly gave us individual checks. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time we ate lunch.

Another fabulous experience at GP! Always a pleasure. Tonight, Cream of Asparagus soup was the best I've had. We also ordered the Local Cheese appetizer followed by Shepherds Pie and the Grass Fed Ribeye. All wonderful! If you are looking for average stuff, don't come here! If you are looking for organic, farm raised and locally grown, fresh herbs and spices, and "made from scratch" - this is will be your "go to" place! Ask to sit in Todd's section and you'll have the ultimate experience!

Fire is a great local spot. It is very popular. Tasty small plates to share and delicious entrees to enjoy. Service is friendly and focused. The only issue is the lack of reservations. The wait can be very long. In my view this is completely unnecessary. I would certainly visit much more often if I could make reservations and avoid the long wait.Hello GlennR, thank you for the review. We appreciate your words and you taking the time to write. In order to honor reservations, Tables must be held open so that when you walk in you have a table immediately available. There are many complications with reservations that are unknown to the general public and typically loss of business due to holding tables open. Our call ahead priority seat list basically acts like a reservation and the goal is to seat you immediately, however sometimes we cannot predict when a table will get up before you and many people sit longer than expected so you may end up waiting a little bit. On a typical busy night our wait can be up to an hour and a half to two hours for walk in business, and the call ahead list will get sat within 15 to 30 minutes. Which in reality is a typical wait time for reservations in most busy restaurants. So call ahead days or weeks in advance and get on the priority seating list. It truly works. Thank you again. Cheers...

Back visiting relatives & stopped in for her discount birthday meal. We all had the filets & they did not disappoint. Tender & seasoned just right. The chef made us sauted spinach (not listed on the menu) & it was yummy. Although quite on the spendy side, the food is perfection. Splurged for an excellent bottle of wine & thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Our service was superb. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out.

We were back in Chicago for a visit, and a Hindsdale couple we've known there for a very long time, recommended Parker's Grill for some good food. They are regulars there, and even made the reservations for us.Unfortunately the whole experience here was just awful.Felt like we were being profiled from the minute we valeted our car, a rented toyota.Perhaps pulling up in a Bentley or Jag might have got the evening off to a better start. We were seated alright, but in Siberia for sure. they gave us the one table between the kitchen and the toilet. Classy!Service was completely non-existent for us.They brought the menus, they brought the food and they brought the check. Not once during the entire meal did anyone ask how's your food? Can I refill your glass? Would you like another drink?I remember actually turning in my chair to try to make eye contact with any passing waiter and they all refused. WE COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE.this place reminded me of the old Gene & Georgettis on the near north side.If you were a regular, life was good...... but if you were a fist timer.....BANISHED UPSTAIRS!very disappointed we spent all the money we did here , for ultimately so little.Don't bother, there's so many great places to eat around there.Just head east a little down 31st and stop in at Pappadeaux Seafood.they treat everybody the same over there.Hi, Peter. Please accept my sincerest apologies for the experience you describe. This is absolutely not how we want our guests to be treated or feel when they dine with us, and I am so disappointed to learn that we fell short on your visit. Please know that we donât take this feedback lightly, and I am discussing your review with my whole team. I would also like to speak with you directly. This was our first time here. It came with high recommendations from many of our friends. Let me say it was outstanding. I had a Kona rubbed ribeye that was just perfect. My wife had a filet mignon It was also top notch. We had a couple of sides that were great and then the coconut cream pie was amazing our server Alex did an outstanding job. this might have been our first time to Capital Grille but it will not be our last.

I occasionally meet a client at Brick House for a couple of drinks and a short meeting. There are tables along the back wall which offer privacy. The drinks are reasonable, we have yet had anything to eat from the Brink House. It's basically an up scale sports bar.
