Absolutely fabulous place! Had great burgers with a twist. Also terrific salmon carppacio. Staff was extremely Proffesional and good. Had a fabulous night with husband an d kids (7 and 9) enjoyed the diner very much too. Special thanks for the additional tiramisu cookies we got for our youngest! We will be back later on this week for sure. We spotted some great dishes at our neighboiring customers we would like to try out next time.

My family and I are in Italy on business, and decided to come to Lido di Spina for a trip to the beach. Since we were heading out of town to our hotel, we decided to stop along the way for dinner. It was my turn to choose, so I chose American Graffiti Diner, as we had seen it driving in. We were one of two parties in the restaurant at 1830 (we're Americans-we eat earlier than almost everyone in Italy ), and we were greeted promptly. The decor is cute, and actually better than a lot of the diners we've visited in the States. Our waitress explained that she understands English, but doesn't speak well, and we know a little Italian. We worked it out with no problem. My children ordered the kids' chicken sandwiches, acqua naturale, and it came with a fruit/applesauce pouch. They were pleased that it came with colored pencils as well. My husband ordered the chicken caesar salad, and I got a hamburger that came with fries. My husband like his salad okay, and my hamburger hit the spot. The only thing was that it came with bacon that was not crispy at all. I just took that off. The hamburger was HUGE!All-in-all, it was good! Service was prompt, and the restaurant seemed popular, when the locals started to arrive. I'd recommend it!Dear Thehime,almost what he writes moves us.
