Reviews on American food in Lexington, Massachusetts, United States. Before the morning mist had broken at dawn on April 19, 1775, shots rang out over Lexington, Massachusetts, signaling the beginning of the American Revolution. More than two centuries later, the town boasts a proud patriotic heritage, reenacting the Battle of Lexington and Concord and Paul Revere's Ride every April. Walk in the footsteps of the early patriots at the Battle Green and Minute Man National Historical Park, visit Lexington's three historic houses or take a Liberty Ride trolley tour.

Something quite uncommon has occurred. The Capital Grille has arrived in Wayside Commons. A clear indication that the winds of distinctive dining have changed. Now, you can have your Stoli Doli well in hand within minutes of leaving your office. You can en
On my last day here i took a group of 8 people out for dinner allowing them to choose the restaurant. We had no reservation but were sitted within 10 minutes. The service and food were both excellent. The overall night was great for one and all.

The Bancroft is a new chef-driven steakhouse and craft cocktail lounge from the Webber Restaurant Group, the family behind the Gibbet Hill Grill and Farm and the Burlington-based Fireside Catering. This restaurant is edgy and urban, an exciting spot to so
I had the opportunity to enjoy The Bancroft in Burlington for the first time at a business lunch and was not disappointed. Service was professional and friendly. Meals were promptly served and well prepared/ presented. I had the wedge salad which was served with nice thick bacon slices. Definitely would go back.

Itâs a lovely community pub in Lexington in a quiet wooded area. The staff were terrific and the food was very good. I rented one of their private rooms for a party and found the service and prices very competitive. The only downside was that the private rooms had temperature regulation issues.

Stopped by after a walk on the Minuteman Trail to get supplies for a picnic lunch. Sandwiches were amazingly large, packed with meat, on delicious homemade bread! Beautiful salads available in the deli section. Hard to decide but we settled on the edamame salad which was delish. Tasty large homemade cookies too! Note that they are closed on Sundays, though.

Three ladies dined together for on an early Saturday evening. This restaurant is part of a mall but an entrance from the parking lot makes it easily accessible from the outside. Our server was attentive and friendly, which made our meal that much more enjoyable. While I do cook salmon I like to try salmon in restaurants and I was more than pleased with my choice. The salmon romesco was delicious - a nice thick piece of salmon with jasmine rice, green beans and citrus fennel. The 6 oz filet was cooked medium rare as requested and I was told it was juicy and delicious. The barbeque ribs were nicely done and again I was told they were delicious as the meat fell off the bones. I had heard nice things about this restaurants from others (including a relative who likes their gluten free options) and our choice in dining here did not disappoint.

Totally enjoyable experience, but there were a few service mishaps. Went with a small business group and all of the dishes from the kitchen were wonderful, those that came out. We had two instances where items were ordered, but the server never put them in with the kitchen, and of course we didn't realize until dishes were missing. Cocktails were good, although a bit pretentious. Atmosphere was cozy headed a bit more toward local pub than upscale dining. The Peking Duck rolls were a terrific starter.

Its been over three years since we last enjoyed dinner here. Still excellent service, food and quiet atmosphere. Great Manhattan to start. Yummy pickled beets. Main courses were very good, halibut delicious, tenderloin good and the fiddle-heads were a real treat. We'll come back much sooner next time.

The black & blue experience is centered around Inventive Design, Inspired Cuisine, and a complete focus on Gracious Hospitality.
I used to like coming to Black and Blue but no more. When our party of 10 arrived, we were seated in a nice spot and a waitress came over and said she'd be our server. Then 2 minutes later, a better dressed and "experienced" waitress came over and said she'd be our server. It was obvious we were there not as "regular people" but on business expense so they swapped her out.She then began to recommend $200-$300 bottles of wine which really shocked me. I don't care whether I'm on company expense or not, I spend responsibly.First the soup came. It was about 3 ounces of soup served on a dinner-plate sized bowl. Looked pretty ridiculous if you asked me. It could certainly have been more generous. The taste was fine. I ordered the flounder, and it was the blandest piece of fish ever. Flounder is a delicate fish and should never be breaded and pan fried. What I got was dry and tasteless, completely destroying it. Might as well have gotten fish and chips. The $13 side dish of carrots was ridiculously overpriced. I mean, carrots? Everything was overpriced. Don't waste your money here.Anyhow, for a restaurant purporting to be good at steak and seafood, I'm not coming back again to spend good money on pretentious service and food.Thank you for sharing your review, we would like to apologize for the poor experience you've described, we would love to learn a little more about it. This is such a fun place - great for dates, great for friends! The food is fantastic! Many unique items, and many favorites. Drinks are great, as is the service. Go for dinner, put your name on the bowling list while you eat, and your lane will be ready when you are done! And, if you tire of bowling, you can catch a movie in their theater! They have a great outdoor space, with giant jenga, corn hole, and chess. If you want a more private space, you can reserve a private(ish) lane.Erin,Thank you for your review!
