Amazing breakfast... Delicious and ginormous portions. The grapefruit juice was the freshest and best presented Iâve ever had at a breakfast restaurant. My friendâs omelette was customized exactly as requested... The place is busy but there was no wait for a table for 2 on a Saturday morning - awesome!

We picked Madisonâs because we needed to have lunch/dinner around 3pm before catching a flight and it was one of the only options available. We ordered some old fashionned cocktails which turned out to be bacon flavored instead of classic. They were so disgusting we couldnât finish them - first time this happens with an old fashionned! The steak is delicious and the cooking was alright. However the veggies they served next to it ruined the whole thing. Soggy, flavorless and obviously microwaved straight out of a bag of cheap frozen veggies from Cosco. Just an insult to any restaurant trying to call themselves a steakhouse and charging 45$ for a plate. We will never go back.

I have now eaten at this restaurant for times and I must say that each time I have eaten there Iâve become more and more disappointed.I was originally very enthusiastic and a huge supporter of the restaurant it really was great.Being from the US I felt that it pretty much lived up to its name as an American barbecue restaurantUnfortunately each time I have eaten there subsequently the restaurant slips lower and lower in my esteem.Maybe because the night that I ate there the weather was bad but the restaurant seem to be not as crowded as it was in previous visits.It would be nice to find good barbecue here in Quebec but Iâm afraid Rubs is not what I hoped it would be.I ordered pulled pork rolls and they were overdone -The outer shell was like a boardI had beef ribs which was extremely overcooked and burned my party had pork ribs which as well were overcooked and dry.The potatoes were not seasoned at all so they were very blandI donât know if success has gone to their heads -if it is thatâs a shame but the quality of the food definitely seems to be sinking in my opinion

One of Laval's top breakfast and lunch restaurants. Opened 7 days from 7am to 3pm. We also cater and take on group events during the evenings. Christmas parties with set menu or tapas style. Full bar as well! Come see us!

While the food is acceptable and decor might be trendy and attractive! The restaurent is very dirty; dust, grease marks linger on the walls, base board, ceiling fans and pipes have not been dusted in probably months and risk falling on your head... or your food.

Why canât I like this place... I really want to like it. Went there for lunch today while shopping at Carrefour Laval because Bestie absolutely wanted to (and believe me, I tried suggesting other restos). On the plus side, I love the new decor! Beautifully renovated. The young hostess was a gem, very nice and polite. However we got that older male waiter whose name must be Surly. If the food was better and I had intentions of coming back, I would definitely ask to be seated in someone elseâs section next time. Unfortunately though, my meal was just ok but for the medium/high prices, nothing to write home about. I had the ahi tuna sandwich - served on a great bun, very fresh and the tuna was fresh too. I also had the sweet potato fries. The problem was everything was lukewarm to cold. With the waiter being so charming, I didnât dare send anything back to be warmed up. This place has potential if only they were more careful of what comes out of their kitchen. I have to admit it was a definite improvement on my last visit, so itâs not all bad.

Went on a Sunday night and it was by far the busiest restaurant in an area that's full of choices.Food was good, service was good and the prices were really quite reasonable.Lots of choices both with respect to food and drinks.There's something for everyone.Thanks a lot philandjoelle For the great review!
