We got some chicken here during a pit stop and it was pretty good. Unlike many locations that use MSG and the food is too greasy, this one tasted lightly fried and the chicken was moist and tender.

Took the kids for breakfast before we hit the pools. Kids had the specials. I had the loaded hash browns, very good, scones good, honey butter I think is really honey margarine. Kids liked the pancakes and eggs, and corn beef hash. Pleasant experience.

Food seemed like everything was frozen or canned and thrown together. Chili tasted canned, fried ice cream is pre-made according to staff, just not great food. Good place to eat lunch as you walk through town.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and were recommended this restaurant for dinner. We were able to bring our dog on the patio which was small but comfortable. The food was good and plentiful but the service was lacking. We waited and unheard of time for a salad and a sandwich. When the food finally arrived , I had to wait again for utensils. I am not sure what the problem was but it took an hour and a half to have dinner after a long day of driving. So if you are not tired and in a hurry you might enjoy a visit.

Although we were hesitant to have breakfast at this restaurant, because we stayed at the Home Hotel overnight we got a 10% discount. The food and portions were generous and the lady that served us was just fabulous, sharing anecdotes about the area and especially the life and fun in and around the area during the winter months.

This was an epic experience for me. I went to Lava to enjoy the soaks in the hot springs and was really happy to find a site that had their own private tubs, a restaurant, and a lounge. Really you don't need to ever leave the site! The restaurant and lounge were fantastic, daily happy hour, great menu and food/wine pairings! The chef was warm, welcoming and happy to discuss the food and wines. They even have a wine tasting event on Friday that is free for hotel guests. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to all. The breakfast is also fantastic! Housemade cream cheese for the lox breakfast sandwich, housemade granola for the yogurt...I could go on and on. Don't miss this gem.Dear SusanH,Thanks for your kind words. We love what we do, and we love taking care of our guests. Our weekly Friday night wine tastings have been great success, and really sets the tone for the weekends. Thanks for coming!I hope we can take good care of you again soon.Cheers- Chef Alonzo
