Clean bathroom...sets tone for place. Clean. Great service from Brittaney. She must be a long term employee because she offers every special service GC ever offered but quit...brings you rolls, coffee...Very attentive without bugging you. The Cajun boil with cot, potatoes, shrimp and sausage was very good and the shrimp were well cleaned. Spicy, too.

Great Steaks, Seafood, Chicken and Wings. Separate Full Bar, Appetizers.
We called up, ordered a Strawberry Salad to go, Hostess said it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes, arrived in 12 minutes, went in to pick it up, 35 minutes later we received it. Got it home, there wasn't any regular lettuce in it at all, It had 5 pieces if endive, about 6 small leaves of the purple colored leaves. Terrible Disapointment.we have tried this restaurant 3 different times and that did it for us, we won't be back. Sent a message to them on FB, they sent back a response of a job opening. II know it takes awhile to work out the problems opening a new restaurant, but things should have been worked out by now. Tried the Saturday Buffet also, it was terrible for $11.99, couldn't hardly reach anything on the back row of pans. We won't be back. Thanks for the feed back. Let me correct a few things. We have a great Kitchen team. The strawberry salad has a fresh mix of greens. If you want a lettuce salad, please try our house salad. The message you got on facebook was an automated response because we have many folks applying for jobs here. The Saturday buffet is amazing and only 10.99. We have tongs that reach the back of the buffet, you possibly picked up the wrong ones. I hope you decide to try us again. Please ask for a manager if things aren't to your liking, we'll do our best to make it right.

Tuesday night the place was pretty empty and we were seated straight away. Waitress & waiter very friendly and helpful. The menu choices are many and varied from BBQ to baked potato so you should find something to suit; but not much for vegetable eaters. We both went for the brisket plate which came with a choice of side. I went fries and my partner chose sweet potato fries.Took about 30 minutes for food to arrive which was fine. The meat was tender, smoky and tasty. Was probably cut a bit thin for my liking and could have been as it wasnât tough. The fries were good; crispy, with a bit of salt on them. For sure they were hand cut.Desserts; O M G they are huge and for 10 bucks you only need one of them. We chose death by chocolate and it probably will be by the time we finish it.All in all, this was good honest food at reasonable prices with good service in a clean restaurant. Iâd go back tomorrow if I were staying in town.
Absolutely love this place!!! Love going to the Smokies games and stopping by the Brewery. Great food and drinks. Service is always great!!!!!

After having a terrible experience at the Chop House the night before we opted for the consistent quality and great service at Cracker Barrell. We were not disappointed. Doreen was awesome and the food was delicious! Every employee we met was friendly and pleasant!! You can't go wrong with this restaurant.

Ah. Where to start. I believe most Cracker Barrelâs actually are very much the same with the exception of the service they provide. On our most recent travels from Savannah GA to Michigan we ended up stopping here for breakfast. Our male server seemed slightly psychotic and constantly kept babbling about a mean back up chef in the kitchen yelling at him. Donât know what to tell ya there buddy?! The server kept trying but nothing really worked out for him. He forgot half of our food, brought half full plates while telling us that he just grabbed whatever was ready to avoid the entire meal getting cold.... I ordered a sausage & biscuit SANDWICH for crying out loud and he brought a warm sausage patty to the table saying that the biscuits werenât quite ready yet? Gaaaaaah. So either I eat a hot and lonely sausage patty while waiting for my biscuit OR I wait for the biscuit and eat everything cold?! And what really bothered me is the filth in this place. We were seated right by the front window which has curtains so filthy I had to keep looking up to make sure that nothing was going to drop in my food.

Come in and pull up a chair, we've been waiting for you. At Flapjack's, we serve made-from-scratch breakfasts including pancakes and waffles (gluten free available), biscuits and gravy, omelets, country ham, chicken and waffles, and more. And don't forget
We had a delightful time at the Flapjacks Pancake Cabin. The atmosphere was charming. Our waitress was April and she did a marvelous job! She was very friendly and accommodating. I had the Spanish Skillet meal with flapjacks. Oh so yummy. Just the right amount of spice. My husband has the bacon, eggs and flapjacks meal. My girls had French toast with toppings and the Reeceâs Peanut Butter Flapjacks. We enjoyed our breakfast.

Went to this chop house for dinner because we didnât want to get stuck and wait long in pigeon forge or sevierville because of rod run going on. We were told the wait was going to be about 45 minutes. Actually was and hour and 10 minutes but thatâs ok. It was a Saturday night. No complaint. My husband and I both ordered the 6 oz filet medium. It came out and they were cooked medium. No complaint. However both were VERY small, no seasoning used AT all and VERY tough to cut and chew. In August we went to the chop house in sevierville and the filets were the same way. They used to melt in your mouth and could cut with a butter knife. We talked to the manager there about the quality and asked if they were getting their steaks from a different supplier and she didnât know but would pass the word on. Since weâve tried both chop housesâ in our area and both had the same outcome we can say we wonât be back for quite a while and will be finding a new place for our special occasions. Sad to say because everything else has been good but the main dish has been a disappointment. Thank you for your review. While we have not changed our meat purveyors, we will definitely be looking into this matter and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope you'll give us another chance to serve you a 5-star dining experience.
