This new and well-patronized family friendly restaurant in Kingfisher is super! The food was delicious each of the four times that I ate there--hot, tasty, fresh, attractive, and generous. The interior is well lit, but kind of noisy when The Shed is busy. I never know what to choose because the menu is so expansive: steak to catfish, crispy and cold salads to huge chicken fried steaks, sandwiches to burgers, appetizers to dessert. Great bar there too! If you go to Kingfisher, stop at The Shed, a reasonably priced restaurant with a fun atmosphere. Trust me, you'll like it and smack your lips with satisfaction!

This is a really good place for a buffet lunch during the week, the selection of food is great but if there is nothing you want they will cook something for you it takes a few minutes the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food tastes great.

When in Kingfisher, I always stop at the KFC / Taco Bell... normally for the KFC fare, but the last time, decided to try the Taco Bell food... the portions were great, and had a great flavor in contrast to what you'd experience in Oklahoma City... I like Taco Bell, but stay away from the locations near me, as the food is just blah...So if you are travelling Highway 81... and going through Kingfisher, Ok. make a stop at KFC.

The menu at Eischen's Bar is printed on the back of the napkin dispenser because the item most folks order is the Whole Fried Chicken with white bread slices, pickles both sweet and dill, slices of onions, and a side if you wish. We ordered the fried okra and it was very good. And the whole dinner is served on your very own torn off sheet of paper. The staff was real friendly and welcoming to us as new visitors. The fried chicken was as advertised--excellent moist and light, crunchy coating. Would we ever make a return visit=anytime!
