Stopped here to kill time before my boy friends sons play. Great ambiance, friendly fast service, and a great sports viewing bar. Outside seating available as well. Had a mimosa and my bf had a beer. Watched the Indians game and just chilled out before play. Great spot!!!

Local indie restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks. Our motto is Food. Drink. Friends. Stop by soon... we'd love to feed you!
Wow! What a great little place for burgers and beer on a Thursday. The burgers are only $1.50 and the Yuenglings were just $2.50. The two of us had Shark burgers, one with goat cheese and the other jalapenos (both with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onion) along with a basket of fries. All were really good and just enough. Get this, for all of that along with two Yuenglings, it only cost $16.00! Amazing, good food, good service, good times! Definitely try this one!

A bit different dining experience (order at a counter), but an asset to the community. Excellent seafood offerings and quality ingredients are featured. Despite its appearance as a local bar, its really kind of upscale cuisine with plastic utensils. Best as a special treat or a surprise for visitors.Thank for your review...Jeff

Bricco Kent features an outdoor heated patio and a party room that can accommodate private groups of 50. Lunch and dinner are served daily, brunch on Sunday. Valet parking is available Friday and Saturday night.
First off, food was very good. Food was also very reasonable price wise which was why we selected Bricco. We had booked a room for a retirement dinner six weeks in advance. We also payed a $100 fee for reserving the room unless we hit a $1000 bill as a group. We didn't think we would hit that number but were completely ok with it going in. We were promised by management several things. First off we did not want one long table as it makes it harder to talk as a group. We were told this was no problem and we could have several smaller tables. Also we were concerned that as a large group it would take forever to order and get drinks. Management told us that would not be a problem and we would get two servers to help with drinks and orders. Imagine our surprise to walk into our room to find one long table and we had only one server! Our drinks and appetizers(only one half of the table was offered appetizers the other half had to ask) took forever. Many people had trouble getting refills and food all arrived randomly and some much later. All told our dining experience lasted 2 hours and fifteen minutes! This was with us trying to move things along as well. As we were leaving I noticed our server was out in the dining room waiting on other tables which would explain the long delays we experienced. I was a server for many years and understand the in and outs. I believe our server was trying his best he just couldn't keep up with a group as large as ours while trying to maintain other tables in the dining room. My parents are celebrating their 50th anniversary in September and my brother and I were hoping to use Bricco as the place to celebrate with a private room. After my experience on Saturday that will not be the case.

My wife and I decided to go to the Bistro last Tuesday night. Waited in the entrance for over five minutes without being acknowledged. My wife looked into the bar, two bar tenders, who were doing nothing at the time, basically looked at her and went back to talking to each other. There was another customer in the waiting for carryout. The "hostess" finally came to assist him. While she did acknowledge us, she disappeared to get his food, and told us to wait until she got back and she would seat us. This took at least another 5 minutes. When she got back, she gave him his food, told us again she would be right with us after she took care of his check. We told her we had been waiting over 10 minutes for a table. She said they were very busy and she would seat us right after she handled his check. She disappeared again for a few more minutes. At this point, we had enough. Absolutely ridiculous that she couldn't seat us on one of her trips back and forth to wherever she was going OR have someone else seat us. We left and went down the street to a restaurant in Stow that was also busy, but seated us immediately, provided great service and a very good meal. I don't plan to go back to the Bistro.

Over 35 years of providing Kent the finest, freshest, tastiest Deli style sandwiches, soups, submarines, salads and more. Enjoy quick service for both casual dining in and carry out. Rest assured that cleanliness and attentive service is our priority. We
Sub shops in the college town of Kent, OH have come and gone over the years. But one has been around seemingly forever is still going strong, and with good reason. Franklin Sq. Deli has retained what made it good to start with, but has also changed with the times, always tinkering with its menu. Known primarily for its sub sandwiches, the deli also boasts excellent soups and chili, NY style sandwiches and paninis. It's a great place to have lunch in the summer on the outdoor table. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. Thanks so much for your thoughts and kind words!

We are from Pittsburgh, our daughter and boyfriend came down from Cleveland and our other daughter and boyfriend reside in Kent. This restaurant is always a great meeting place. We have been coming here since our first daughter went to Kent State in 2009. Now that we are in different parts of the Tri-State area, Rayâs is the place to meet.We have always been pleased with our selections. My oldest is so DISSAPOINTED Rayâs no longer offers the Antipasta Salad! Please bring it back. We celebrated Fatherâs Day here. We will be back very soon!

Home of the award-winning Galley Boy! Friendly curb runners serving up fresh, never-frozen burgers, shakes, & crispy extras since 1934!
This fun drive in has the guys running to your car to take your order. They are famous for their burgers, fries and milkshakes. Especially the Galley Boy with 2 special sauces. The spicy tatter teasers are the bomb! They are open year round but closed on all major holidays. You can call ahead or just pull in turn on your lights & order. Over all the food was really good, felt it could have been warmer. Itâs a must if you are in this area!
