Family restaurant in downtown Lakeport, featuring 12 beers on tap and serving great food
I think I've reviewed this place before, but it has become our go to restaurant after the brewery changed their menu. We liked it before that, but sort of rediscovered it.The food is very good and reasonably priced. The service is excellent and we always walk right it, sit down and are served immediately. Normally we get the Cajun Chicken Sandwich, but last night I branched out and had the Hot Pastrami. Very good, and in Lakeport, very good may as well be superb as options are limited. They also have a few beers on tap. I almost feel bad for writing this review because what if everybody reads it and I have to wait for food? Oh well, I guess I'll post it and pray to the dinner gods to smile upon me.

Weâve been coming here since it opened and always loved the beer but now the food is great too. Always great friendly service. Good salads. The ahi tacos are great! The nightly specials are amazing. If they ever have lamb shanks get it!!
I really wanted to like this place since it is accessible by boat (at the old Ferndale resort). But the food is disappointing. Weâve been here twice and felt let down both times. The first was when we arrived at 10:30 on a Sunday and were told we couldnât order from the breakfast menu. So we got lunch sandwiches. Both sandwiches were soggy- the bread couldnât hold the fillings and kinda fell apart. Ugg. The second time we went for breakfast. Again, the food didnât âwowâ us. My Benedict had a soggy English muffin... was it steamed after toasting? And the hollandaise sauce had separated and was broken and thin- not thick and creamy. The âawesomeâ home fries (waitressâ words) had undercooked baked potatoes cut up with onions and bell peppers and were woefully under seasoned and cold. Our other dish (Carlâs special?) wasnât memorable. Too bad the food was so-so. I recommend heading to the other side of the lake for breakfast at the Evening Rose in Nice: Better prices and great tasting food there.

Searching online for a restaurant found Park Place restaurant offered wild mushroom ravioli, we drove a short ride from our lodging place in Lakeport.Ordered their wild mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce. It was the best tasting meal in Lakeport.

We specialize in Fresh Daily BBQ, Traditional Mediterranean Cuisine, Mexican Dishes, Unique Sandwiches, and Vegetarian Specialties inspired by Jimmy and Julia's recipes
This is a hole in the wall with amazing food, Mexican and Mediterranean dishes. The portions are large enough to share. The chicken is grilled all day long, I sometimes buy it to take home for leftovers.
This restaurant is really good. The menu has many items to choose from. The owner is very involved in his community. He puts the local school sports first on his list to support. We have never had a bad experience here. His employees are always spot on.

We absolutely enjoyed the food, service, and view for a Thanksgiving buffet yesterday!. The variety of traditional options was not excessive, but it was more than sufficient for a great meal...turkey, tri-tip, cod, and shrimp (!), along with standard sides and superb desserts! A great price ($27) for dinner, champagne, and coffee, complimented by the beautiful view of Clearlake The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our first visit and if we are still here next year, this is where we will be!

We went here with 8 people. Two of our orders were forgotten, after waiting about 45 minutes we reordered. One of them, a Philly cheese steak sandwich, came with only about 10 french fries. Two other orders were incorrect. I ordered the taco salad, which was about 90% lettuce and cost $15. On the other hand, the afternoon music was very good, and the location is nice because you can vote right up to it. But the food is sorely lacking. No free refills on soda either.

This place has always been one of our favorites. But, unfortunately lately it is dwindling. The steaks used to be high end, now more like what you would get a Denny's. It's very apparent that there is lack of management. They were out of Prime Rib by 5:30 on Friday. Only three tables had people when we showed up. The service was poor as well. I really hope they wake up soon and fix this.

We had not been to this restaurante in a long time. The food was much better than I remember. The Mediterranean spreads were very good, if you donât like garlic do not order this since you can really taste the garlic. The strawberry salad was very fresh and tasty, well balanced. The Lamb Chops were really good. The servings are really good size, 3 large lamb chops, you may even have left overs. The flourless cake is very good, a little sweet but delicious and moist. Quinn is a wonderful addition to your team. He is charming super helpful and I would hire him on the spot, so take good care of him, he is a keeper.
