My wife and I went to Neabor's for a family dinner with my parents. The waitress we had was very nice but was waiting on quite a few tables and was therefore not able to come by as frequently as we would have liked. For dinner, my wife had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes with vegetables. She enjoyed the meatloaf but the potatoes were very dry and the vegetables tasted like they were from a can. I had the chicken and rib combo. I quite enjoyed the ribs but found the chicken to be dry. I also was not a fan of the soggy vegetables on the side. It has a warm atmosphere and is reasonably priced. We would consider going back but would like to try something different on the menu.

The Grand Experience Family welcomes you to their restaurant. They are open after-hours all week. You can get there by public transit and bicycle. They are situated in an area characterized with restaurants, merchants and parks.
We like The Grand a lot. They have a great menu. Loads of choices and prices are reasonable compared to other similar style restaurants. Our recent visit was to celebrate a birthday. We all ended up ordering the Haddock Fishân Chips as it was the special of the day. Great price and were delicious with generous portions and came with coleslaw. Highly recommend their garlic bread with cheese too. Best I have ever had in a restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive as always. They even provided the birthday boy with a special dessert that was on the house. Looking forward to our return.

Went to this restaurant with friends sd under new ownership. Too hot inside as no A/C but I understand getting installed therefore able to sit outside on the Francis side but the waitress concentrating on serving the Front or Colburne side. Had to go in to ask for menuâsTwo of us had wraps and one had the Rueben. The Ruben person wanted a combination of Onion rings and Fries as the side and no problem. One of the wraps was the steak wrap and one was Chicken ceaser. One thing we both noticed was the amount of lettuce used in the wraps. IT was falling everywhere.Waitress was nice but we did not see her many times.

We visited on a Saturday night when the special was a Prime Rib dinner. I requested an end cut, if available, and my request was granted! It was delicious. The baked potatoes were huge. Our dinners were accompanied by so-so Yorkshire pudding and carrots. The service was excellent. Loved sitting inside with a great view of Lake Cameron. This restaurant is a hidden gem worth visiting for generous portions of homestyle meals.

Food is fresh and tasty, with a nice variety including different choices of size for hamburger. Service is good, meals delivered to tables with a smile. Prices are awesome. Fresh french fries like a chip truck... delicious. I would definitely recommend.

We've driven by this place going to and from the cottage. The parking lot always looks packed, so we've put off a visit for some time. We finally stopped in this weekend and had dinner on the patio. Food was great (try the Reuben sandwich) and service was fast and friendly. The restaurant inside iscottage-cozy with log cabin walls and low lighting. It looks like it could get quite frantic when full, but you can call ahead and order for pickup. We'll be back!

St Dave's has an excellent breakfast, lunch and now dinner too. They have extended their hours to include a full dinner menu. There is a breakfast buffet or you can order off the breakfast menu if you would rather. Great food at great prices and always very friendly service. Thanks so much Paul for a great, and detailed, review - just note that the Breakfast Buffet is available on weekends only. This is probably one of the best places in the Lindsay area for breakfast. A vast menu caters to many diets and tastes. You may have to wait to be seated on the weekends but its worth it.
