Had a soggy roll with the burger as the mushrooms were very wet, they should fry them slightly not boil them, or ensure they are properly dried off before adding to a burger. A disappointing pit stop in the shopping afternoon.

Revisited the Pandan outlet and see that they have increased their food offerings. We requested to be served the appetizers first but it all came out almost together. Quality was good and of good value.By 7.30pm, the place was packed and obviously the kitchen was not able to cope. We noticed food was being served to wrong tables resulting to be returned to kitchen. Basic service was efficient but you could see that the kitchen coordination could be improved. They need to get a more professional service manager rather than leaving the wait staff to "put plates on the table". Noticed that the chef owner made efforts to go from table to table which is a good sign. Overall, if you are going for food only, you would not be disappointed with the price you pay but be prepared to wait with the messy sequence of food served. Customers may come back for average / poor food but definitely less forgiving of poor service.

A typical neighbourhood restaurant serving excellent food and a good variety of drinks. A casual outlet with both indoor and al fresco dining. Suitable for families. The menu is mostly western, but also has creative dishes with a slight touch of fusion.

We went for dinner on a Sat. evening, and the place was fairly busy, probably 80% of the tables were filled.The service was attentive, although we did have a hiccup. We had burgers, pasta and the roast game hen. Both burgers and pasta tasted great, and I liked the truffle fries as well.One of our order, the roast game hen did not arrive even after we finish the burgers and pasta. Think there was some mix-up and after following up, the order came. We were not disappointed. It was one of the better roast chicken I've tried - tender and flavourful.The staff tried to make up for the late order by serving us 2 lava cake desserts. Nice touch and we will definitely be back for the tasty food and good service.But I feel that pricing seems a tad on the high side for a neighbourhood restaurant.Hi,Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We do appreciate this.We apologise once again for the delay with the roast game hen and thank you for your understanding and still giving us 4 stars.Thank you also on the compliments on the food quality and the service staff. This western food chain started out in coffee shops and hawker centers. Nowadays they have a number of restaurants located on shopping malls.Theyâve been supplying singaporeans with good value western food even after shifting their focus to restaurant format. Very consistent taste and I love their chicken cutlet! Generous big slab of chicken meat that never fails to bring joy to me.

We've been frequent patrons of Meat N Chill and their food has been consistently good. However the efficiency of the kitchen is atrocious and tonight we waited for more than an hour and yet our mains have not arrived. Others that arrived after us had already had their meals.We really like this place, but with this level of service it's hard to see us coming back again.Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback for us. A little out of town but Little Diner is worth the trip. There are many "American" diners in Singapore but not many serve nice food done well. The burger was cooked perfectly and I could taste all the content, the meat patty was very nice, both taste and texture. The fries are excellent, worth the trip on their own. It is a small place and parking is scarce so you will need to plan you visit. The staff were friendly and efficient. This is definitely a place to put on you list if you want real food, cooked well.
