my family tried to eat here on July 27. arrived at 4:30pm. after waiting over 20 minutes was told waiting on server to arrive at 5pm. What?? I see someone else had the same experience. yes, tell me this upfront. other groups/parties were seating while we were waiting. the two young hostess have no clue; they are not watching the door to see who comes in first. a family was seated over a lady by herself (which she turned & walked out). after asking for a manager, he suddenly can seat us.... you know what? too late now... goodbye.

Had been here before, figured on a revisit since we were in the area. While the food was good, the environment was unwelcoming. A very large group of loud guests spewing profanities and graphic language totally inappropriate for children. Management showed no interest in intervening. Won't return.EverettS, I am sorry about the negative experience you had in my restaurant, it is not the normal experience that most of my customers receive. I am equally disappointed that my managers we not able to address the situation better. If you would like to discuss this issue with me I would welcome a phone call.Thank you.502-931-5637.

Visited h er re with my grown son because it was raining The vintage video and pinball games took me back to the 80'sFood was good, but the star of the show was the 3 rooms of games!Full menu and barMeals were a little pricey, but for the privilege to play these games again, I didn't mind paying $9 for a fish sandwich.

My fav is the Parmesan chicken with a side salad with their homeade blue cheese dressing. The Creamed spinach is also delicious. The mac and cheese and every side I have had is delicious. My friend had the chopped and steak and her husband the Filet. All were delicious. The service at this location is also always great.

Me and my dining companion stopped at the locations approx. 6:30 pm on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Once seated, we asked our server for a breakfast menu instead of dinner, which he got expeditiously. Once we placed our order we waited patiently. A couple at the next table came in, our waiter took their order as we continue to wait. Waiter stopped by and said it shouldn't be to much longer. The table that came in next received his salad, we are still patiently waiting. After he finished salad, his and his companion food comes out; and we are still waiting. I stopped our waiter to inquire, he said he will check with the Manager. Our waiter came out and said to him "Mistakes Happen". I asked to speak to the Manager. Now a total of 40 minutes in and waiting for the Manager 10 minutes, our phone comes out, but with not all our items (missing eggs and bacon). My guest and I informed that our waiter that we were leaving, he totally understood. By the time we left, still no Manager. This is the worst display of service (food and customer(Manager)), I have experience in years!!! Cracker Barrel is now off mine and my dining companion's restaurants to patronize.

Can't say I have made a bad choice on the food selection. Their burgers are definitely good.Usually some good local and overall solid choices for their draft lists. Specifically cocktails their Kentucky Lavender mule is extremely refreshing.

We were visiting the area and wanted some BBQ and found this place. The look of the reminded us of a Texas BBQ place we visit here in Colorado. That was the only similarity. As a first time visitor, the wait staff were great. Recommended a few items, and they were all great. The wife just loved the barnyard corn. I had the combo plate with honey wings. Everything was great. Manager even stopped by and we received a free bottle of BBQ sauce for being a first time visitor. Great food/price, only warning.... Parking is kind of limited if they are busy. Will stop by again on our next visit to Louisville/Middletown, KY.

Charr'd is a culinary experience designed to give it's guest a true taste of Kentucky while highlighting one of its greatest creations Bourbon!
Staff was engaging, bar atmosphere was nice, extra room to sit and work or drink as well as good places to eat and hold more formal conversations. Food was delicious and good selections of bourbons. Really nice upgrade to the traditional and predictable hotel restaurant.

We learned about Mussel & Burger Bar five years ago from an employee who was working at the nearby Liquor Barn. The group we go to the Kentucky Derby with every year LOVES mussels, and it has become our new annual tradition. There aren't enough accolades in the world for the food and the staff! We tend to be a bit jovial and unorganized when we eat at Mussel & Burger Bar - ordering drinks and bowls of mussels somewhat haphazardly. This year, Hannah did an awesome job keeping up with us, as have other servers in past years. We started with the usual - the absolutely fantastic Curry Cream Mussels (don't forget to ask for lots of bread to soak up that heavenly sauce). We all have had several other dishes over the years - perhaps covering the entire menu with the 10 of us - and not one thing has been short of delicious. I personally have had the C.E.O and B.B.B Burgers, the Chèvre Fig Salad, Fois Gras, and Beef Sliders. The beer selections and cocktails are also pretty great. We look forward to our annual meal at Mussel & Burger Bar and cannot wait until Derby Week 2020!Suzanne,We are so excited for Derby 2020 already! and very thankful to be one of your annual go-to-places. We are also very lucky to have Hannah on our team- I'll pass the kind words along to her. Thank you for taking the time to give a thorough review. Can't wait to see you again next year! Cheers!
