Smittys is always crazy busy, but is because they always serve wonderful food and the prices are very competitive. They have prime rib on Friday and Saturday night which is splendid. If you don't mind the wait, you will be thrilled with this family friendly place.

After having our car serviced, we stopped here on our way back east. After driving around trying to find the place, even while using a GPS, we finally arrived - and were glad we pursued it! It was mid-afternoon on a Thursday, but the place was not crowded. My wife had the 6oz salmon, and I had a small filet. Both were done perfectly. The ODell IPA was good draft beer and not too bitter. Service pleasant and prompt. We would return if ever in the area.

Any time we visit Idaho Falls we will certainly visit this hidden gem. Enjoy amazing craft beer directly across from the falls. The homemade root beer is totally natural (dyefree!) and the best the kids ever drank. Mozzarella sticks, gyoza and fries were a hit! Awesome staff that treat you like family. The owner himself got us the ingredient list for the root beer and highlighted a paper map with must-see scenic byways. I cannot wait to be back in the area to stop by and say hello again.

Had lunch with a friend, plenty of seating at 11:30. I love beets so anything on the menu with beets is my go to order. This time I had the roasted beet salad & added chicken for a couple of dollars more. It was wonderful & so was the presentation. The wait staff did a great job. I also like this place for the cheerfulness you feel as far as the decor goes & they have updated. Also have outdoor seating with umbrellas when the weather allows. They have many items with quinoa. In the past, I've had the quinoa beet salad & added chicken.

This little breakfast and lunch Bistro is Magical. The food is great and they are always busy. They are not open for dinner, but it is a great place for Brunch. Try the Omelets The staff is awesome and try very hard to meet the needs of their guests. If your want a good seat you have to go early. It is quite busy during the noon hour. So I suggest breakfast and then lunch before 11:30 or after 1:30. You'll have a wait if you go in-between. I have never been on a weekend yet.

This place was very busy, early, on a weeknight! It seems itâs a local favorite for celebrations... Birthdays, showers, anniversaries. Food was good. Moderate prices. Good selection. Outside patio area. The chocolate moose could have been better. It had chocolate chips on it...?

After less than thrilling breakfasts at the hotel we opted for a late breakfast here before heading to Yellowstone. The omelettes hit the spot, the fried potatoes tasty, and the sourdough bread was addictive. Service was fine in this 50s diner atmosphere and parking ample. It was worth the extra time to come here rather than find some place closer to the highway. And the price was very reasonable.

The SnakeBite Restaurant
We tried several appetizers, several pasta dishes and ahi tacos. All were very good. They had a good selection of beer. We tried several, one a pineapple cider was very tasty. Service was about the fastest we've experienced in a restaurant. You might get them impression they were making room for more patrons but we didn't need to ask for anything. There is a bar area that is probably different that also serves food. The other dishes served around us all looked delicious. I'll be back to try a burger and the waffle fries.

In the first night of our 2-night stay in Idaho Falls our hotel recommended this restaurant. We were pleased with the experience. The salad and soup bar was extensive and we shared the beef short ribs which were very flavorful. We also shared a creme brulee that was good. (Desserts are sized for 2 people.)The waitress was very friendly and attentive and the cost was reasonable. Overall a good experience.Thank you for the wonderful review. It makes us happy to know you had an outstanding experience, food and service. We hope to have the pleasure of serving you again sometime.

After eating in some disappointing small-town restaurants on our trip, we were delighted to have a nice Saturday nite dinner at the Copper Rill. We enjoyed dining on the patio with a (bit of a) view of "the falls". Both the artisan cocktail and the Idaho wine I had were very nice. Service was personable and professional. The dishes we ordered were tasty and well prepared. And we thought that the restaurant provided good value for the money. We will certainly be back if we are ever in IF again!
