I had the roast beef. We stopped to use the restroom which was clean. The staff working was very nice. It is just another chain restaurant but away from the busy metro area in which I live, so it was a nice change of pace.
Johnny T's at the Lake just opened. It is as great as Johnny T's in town, but it has a view on the lake as well as the golf course. Entertainment was good. Much nicer to eat while you enjoy looking out. In addition, they have a boat dock for summer time where you can dock and eat inside or have your ordered delivered to the dock.
I always stop for a chocolate soft serve cone when I pass Coneys and Swirls. They are fast, even when they are busy. They are priced right. There is always someone in line. Good place for ice cream with outdoor seating.

Had dinner a couple off tunes here and loved the atmosphere. Good was tasty and great selection of beers. The only thing I didn't like was the waitress was ibn a hurry to clear the dishes when people in our party weren't thru with their entree. The bill was set on the table while I rant even finished with my dish! It wasn't busy do no reason to turn over the table.I would visit again. Just slow down on getting the check paid for! Guest wasn't to chat and take their time...nit be interrupted by a waitress that wants to clear the table#

We stopped in for the afternoon to watch the NCAA March Madness. The servers were great, they changed a TV for what we wanted to watch. It wasnât crowded so we sat and watched our entire game. The beer selection was fine. The deer ears (potato skins on steroids) were very good. That is all we really had. We felt welcomed and will go back. We recommend the Hunt Club.
Looking for somewhere chill, hip, and with great sandwiches? You've found it. Handmade has great food. I always get the double b.a. sandwich, chips, and a cookie. Did I mention they also have shakes and ice cream? I think they may also have beer and coffee...Either way, a great place for a relaxing lunch.

We had dinner on Sunday, and their swiss steak was so tender and delicious, I can't wait to come back for this (only offered on Sunday). Their peppermint ice cream with hot fudge & whipped cream was yummy too!

Full service mid scale casual Large menu with daily specials. Full bar and beer and wine list. All homemade food including homemade desserts & real gelato
This once was Savarino's Restaurant but changed it's name, layout, staff and menu after a change in ownership. I have to say that the menu is too ambitious for the kitchen which can't produce high-quality dishes across the board. They often have Bluegill which is not a fish I've ever seen in a fishmonger's market or grocery store. Someone there must have a farm pond with pan-fish. I have eaten here a dozen or so times and have never had a meal beyond average quality. Each time I try something else. The waitstaff is very friendly and a lot of locals are regular diners here. However if you are in Hillsdale on business you might consider going up the road to Jonesville which has better restaurants.
