I've heard about this place for years and finally dropped in for lunch on a Dallas to Kerrville road trip. It was the perfect stopping place for an unbelievably priced meal. Can you say $2.79 for a grilled cheese sandwich? And the hearty chicken tortilla soup wasn't much more. One companion enjoyed a club sandwich, and the other is still talking about the fried chicken livers. After all that food, we may have been the only customers who didn't opt for one of the Koffee Kup's famous pies. Maybe next time!

Very welcoming, cant go wrong at this place. Great service, my meal was ok, whereas my partner thoroughly enjoyed his meal. For the atmosphere and good service would recommend. Reasonably priced.
Fun atmosphere in a beautifully restored historic, downtown Hico building - Texas craft beers, wines, and healthy, flavorful food with a Mediterranean/Latin flare. Cafe in front and fitness studios in the back.
Found this spot during the Hico Steak Cookoff a while back and man is it awesome! This was my second visit and they've expanded the menu to include a larger food selection. The drinks never disappoint and the staff is always friendly. Stop by for a drink or two after hitting the near by antique shops.

We are a full service coffee shop, eatery, and bakery. We serve breakfast and lunch Thursday through Monday.
This is a really cute house, set up with areas with couches for hanging with friends over coffee as well as tables for lunch. There is also a nice outside area and a porch. There is an extensive coffee/tea/smoothie menu in the front room,We were there for lunch around 1 in the afternoon. We ordered 4 hamburgers, a chicken sandwich and a baked potato. I am sad to say that it was just not good. The baked potato was stone cold. It looked like they took sandwich cheese and bacon and just broke it up into chunks and sprinkled it over the top- I have included a photo. The BBQ chicken that I ordered with the potato came on the side was also cold and really revolting- I didn't eat it. One of the hamburgers didn't come out with the other 4 and when it did it was cold. The steak fries were little slices of potato that had been sauteed. Those weren't eaten either. The only person to finish their food was the one who ordered the chicken sandwich- it did look good and the person eating it liked it.The tables are close together and other than a wheel chair ramp set up on the side of the house it's just not set up for anyone with limited mobility. Plus every door has a high threshold making it even harder for the chair to roll over. I would say come for coffee or a smoothie but for us it just wasn't a good choice for food.
