I enjoyed a quite dinner with my husband on a Friday night. Dinner is only served on Friday and Saturday nights. We were greeted by the owner and promptly seated. They do take reservations. The menu has a variety of offerings, something for everyone. In addition they usually have specials on the board. Salad is included with your dinner but only one side with the entree. Both dinners arrived hot and correct. My husband had the filet and I ordered the colossal crab cakes (I could only finish one of the two). Although we did not order drinks they do offer a full bar. The only thing I would change is the chairs. I don't care for the hard wooden curved back chairs, but I have a minor lower back issue. The servers were both friendly and helpful. The owner walked us out and said he hoped to see us again.

We had always passed by this place and wondered if it was any good. So we finally decided to try it and boy are we glad we did. The atmosphere was very homey and nice. The waitresses were friendly and good. The menu was standard Italian/ american cuisine and on the night we went they had a $10.00 menu special. Both of us ordered off the 10.00 menu and were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the rigatoni with sausage and my wife got the fried shrimp with a side of spaghetti . Both meals were listed on the $10 menu. Both meals were fabulous and big portions. Looking at the regular menu the prices hovered right around the $15-$20 range per meal. Our meals came with bread and salad and we shared an order of calamari as an appetizer. It was excellent and the red sauce it came with was out of this world. All the deserts were all home made. We had the rice pudding and it was very good. With drinks and appetizer the meal came to $39.00. I was amazed. Granted that night we were fortunate to have a $ 10 meal menu , but as good as the food was we would have enjoyed it at regular menu price as well. This is definately a place I don't think you will be disappointed in if you drop in and check it out. If you do I hope you have the good experience we did when we ate there.Bon appetite

Tuesday, November 7 was opening day for Campione's Kitchen in Blueberry Crossing on the White Horse Pike in Hammonton, NJ. Alicia and her team make the best barbque pulled pork you have ever had. You should go for that alone BUT you can also enjoy the homemade everything... chips, minestrone soup, mac and cheese, whole piece of chicken chicken parm pannis, wraps, homemade salads galore... and theres a hot bar with different offerings daily and a choice of 2 sides for $10! You cannot go wrong at this cute restaurant. The owners put their hard work and love into this place and you can see and taste it when you eat there. She changes her specials daily so I plan on eating here several times a week. My husband and daughter loved it as well. In addition she does great catering. We had her cater our staff Christmas party and our kids graduation party. Top notch service and great "real" food. Go try it!

In town for a soccer tournament. They would not accommodate a large party sitting together. And they would not seat us until the wait staff was caught up (or the restaurant was virtually empty.) Food was good, no complaints with service. I'm still on the fence with the electronic check out option. You can pay your bill (even split a big party one by one) at the table. It's a nice feature, but I feel that it's one less thing that the server is involved in.

This place is more a bar than a resturant but, what it losses in ambience it makes up for with insanely good sandwiches and really excellent homemade mac& cheese. It's not the best for vegetarians but, meat eaters will be in heaven. The menu features very large multi-meat sandwiches like the Dubliner, with ham, cheese, and turkey all stacked like one of dagwoods sandwiches. They also have some good beers on draft, a pool table and multiple TV's with all the games on.

I met my husband and daughter for lunch on my lunch break from work. I needed to get my meal quickly. They accommodated me totally- taking my order first and bringing it almost immediately! I had their scrumptious house salad with chicken salad - and it has a homemade dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and lots more! I really shouldn't have eaten it all, but I did! My daughter had quiche and my husband had a spinach chicken salad. All great! Fast service and homemade!

I really wanted to rate this higher, but it's nothing but a solid 3 (maybe 3.5). I think overall the food needs a little more seasoning, with the exception of the French Onion soup, which was laden with fresh oregano, thyme, and seasoned bread. Delicious. But the fried tomato blue cheese burger was just ok, and the Ocean Benny (eggs benedict with crab cake) was rather bland. The fried tomato on the burger had good texture, but it was slightly overwhelmed by blue cheese and mozzarella (not my choice, it was what it came with). The burger was cooked a little further than medium, and it could stand a vinegar element to cut through all the cheese (pickle?) The fries were crunchy and flavorful, however. As for the potatoes that came with the Benny - eek, very bland (and we even had the onions, peppers and cheddar added). The potatoes were fresh, and the crab cake was nice, but it wasn't coming together with the slightly watery hollandaise sauce. We ordered this because many had suggested it in other reviews. The diner has nice ambiance and a lovely array of brunch cocktails, but the hostess was a bit sour and our waiter didn't know much about the menu (nor did he come back to refill water). I think after a few improvements this place could really be a special stop.

Wife and I had reason to be close to Hammonton a few days ago and stopped here for an early dinner. It’s been many years since my last visit but the welcoming staff and the great food were just as I recalled. My wife had the chicken croquets which were two huge rolls crispy on the outside and tasty as could be. Mine was the “big fish”, a 10 oz haddock filet dipped in a Bass Ale batter. Delicious! Our waitress was a lovely lady who was very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. It’s about a 30 minute ride from our house but we’ll be back for certain.
