Regardless of the location or grandness of this restaurant, it was the grossest food ever! And we dine out frequently. Tasteless food, mushy shrimp, even the soups were terrible-how do you screw up those??? We spent the whole time taking little nibbles of everything in a desperate attempt to find something at all to like! Never ever again!Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course. We had dinner and drinks here. The place was lively and service was fantastic. The drinks were well done. My wife enjoyed a wonderful chocolate espresso martini. The food was excellent. We'll be back!

Stopped in for breakfast with my daughter while at a lacrosse tournament. Place was great. Felt like I was at a B&B. Service was friendly and food was outstanding. I had the French toast and eggs. They started us off with little cinnamon bread pieces which were amazing

Historic Harpers Tavern established in 1804. Open 7 days a week. Casual dining at it's finest!
My husband and I stopped for lunch on our drive from Maryland to New Jersey and were so happy we did. What a lucky choice. I had a BLT with onion rings and Joe has a turkey BLT with chips... both were delicious. While we were there a powerful thunderstorm knocked the lights out. Candles were lighted and the atmosphere turned very convivial! The bar was charming too and they have an upstairs room for special occasions. Our waitress was super. This place is a real find and weâll definitely be back!

Decided to have dinner here while visiting the casino. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was really nice and clean. Lots of tv's for sporting events. Booths have their own tv's which was cool. Food was delicious. Love the chips they give with the sandwiches. Pricing was fairly reasonable. Would definitely come back to eat again.

Today we got our first bad meal ever from this restaurant. It use to be our go to restaurant but not anymore as our food was way too salty and the zucchini way to much lemon not sure if chef Scott was in the back. Our waitress was ok but the new staff are lazy and donât care. Restaurant was very dark as they had a row of lights off. We do not like eating in the dark even if they did have their Halloween decorations up. Donât like giving a negative review but this was a great restaurant as never got a bad meal till today. Only hope they get their act together and reason for this review.

The Great American Grille offers a casual atmosphere where you can enjoy a meal with a group or at a quiet table near our fireplace. We offer a variety of traditional American dishes, but prepare them with a unique twist that we are sure you will enjoy. W
I would normally expect fries to come with a 7.00 burger but they donât. You do get a good size basket for 3.99. Iâd come back because the food is good, hot and fresh.HI Thanks for you review. I am not sure why you didn't get a side dish with your burger. Your server should have asked your for your choice of side. I am happy that you are willing to come back and please on your next visit ask for Dan the Restaurant manager so I can personally apologize and make it up to you. Thanks for dining with us Dan O'Donnell

âMore than just a restaurant.â The area's original and only country nightspot features live country bands Wednesday through Saturday evenings (cover charges apply) and country line dancing Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The Winner's Circle Saloon s
We enjoyed our stop here very much--from the delightful young lady who waited on us (Tiffany, both times) to the food which was very good. We stayed at the Holiday Inn both heading north on vacation and then again heading south. Since we didn't have to drive anywhere, we were able to enjoy a glass of draft beer--Stella Artois, a very tasty drink, and eat a plate of chicken wings with a salad added. We were able to take our time--not a busy time for meals. It was quiet--appreciated by two old people with hearing issues. Pretty typical bar and bar food on the menu, although more elaborate meals were also available. Any request was quickly acted on--including a glass of milk to save for bedtime. There was a dance floor for those so inclined. A definite stop again!

Final Cut is inside the Hollywood Casino. The entrance to the restaurant is more like the entrance to a cave than a nice place to eat. The interior has the flavor of a room within a cave with Hollywood memorabilia mounted high on outside walls. It was a bit more quiet than the casino floor itself, but still noisy. The waiter was terrific and was most eager to please while also giving suggestions and advice about the menu. The pretzel bread was a nice introduction to the dining experience and the entrees - steak or scallops were cooked to order and were delicious. The desserts were meant to be shared as the portions were more-than-ample as were the sharable-size side orders. My only suggestions for management - include a selection of sides with the entrée and fold the cost into one price for menu and sides. It now has the feel of someone charging for staples when getting copies at the store - it's just tacky and unnecessary. Also, make desserts single serving size. Dessert doesn't need to be shared, especially if not everyone needs or likes dessert. Would I go back? - on special occasions, sure.Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course.
