An attractive restaurant with tile floors and knotty pine walls. Excellent fast and friendly service. Very reasonable prices and really good tasting food. I had the Hawaiian burger with a load of hot and tasty fries. Filled with locals and tourists on a Tuesday evening.

Free WIFI! The Trails has great ambiance, friendly, exceptional service, a wide variety of Northwest beers, a complete wine list, homemade desserts and a nicely varied menu. Our fire grilled steaks are exceptional!

Was recommended to us and we werenât disappointed. Ordered 2 French dips and a couple drinks . Waitress was on top of it and the meal was excellent. Huge portions and very tasty. Took 1/2 of it home and made another meal of it. Totally recommend

Met friends for a quick lunch at the old Hilltop Diner, now Amy's Full Belly Deli. Quick service from our waitress; serve-yourself drinks at the counter. Everything was oversized and delicious! One friend-- a large guy with a big appetite-- ordered the Reuben, which comes with a choice of sides (green salad, slaw, potato salad, soup... and probably others I've forgotten). He had to take half of his enormous sandwich home! Another friend had the BLT: tomatoes were summer-fresh and layered with huge slices of bacon. I had the taco salad, topped with nicely spiced ground beef and chock-full of veggies. All salads contained a variety of lettuces, not a boring old iceberg leaf in sight. Reasonable prices, delectable dishes. Grangeville: you've scored a winner!

Time for lunch in our road trip from Idaho back to Washington. Found ourselves in Grangeville checking out a place to eat. Following the highway as we stumbled past The Depot. "There are good reviews for this place." Pulled in and ordered the Special of the day- cheeseburger with fries and a soft drink for $6.49!Absolutely delicious! Friendly staff.Locals know this place. Every eye turned towards us when we walked in. It's simply a counter in the convenience store at the gas station. Eat inside in small dining area. They also have one outside picnic table. Nothing fancy... just great burgers and fries ( or tater tots). Easy highway access. Worth it if you like burgers!

The Canteen Grill serves burgers, hotdogs, bratwurst, chicken wraps, made-from-scratch soups and a variety of salads. Thursday night is Taco Night with 3 for $5 and $1 Keystones. The food is tasty and affordable plus all proceeds benefit the Idaho County

The Canteen Grill at the Idaho County Veterans Center is a comfortable casual and very friendly place to grab a cup of coffee or experience the daily soup special or an item from the menu. The food is prepared fresh and the prices are very reasonable. Spend time chatting with the always present Veteran staff or the Veterans telling their stories. Time well spent.
