Went there with 5 others for an evening out . We had made reservations in advance as the place gets a bit crazy on Fridays ! We had an assortment of appetizers to go with a variety of drinks we had ordered . The server was friendly , polite and always available without being overbearing . The place is not too loud so you can actually have a conversation too :).Do try it out to catch up and wind down with friends ! PS do not think I would go there for a date night though !Thx so much for the kind words. Hope to see you again soon. PS. We've actually had many Rosie's first dates turn into weddings down the road too.

Classic American Tavern with a rich list of Seasonal Food, Fine Ales, Spirits and Wines. In business for over 67 years, we never rest on our laurels. Charming dining spaces, spacious bars and an unrivaled Patio Dining area in the Spring and Summer.
This place lives on its reputation, but the food is not great. Easy to review this place:Apps-I do not even get the port bun sandwich. What is it supposed to be? Two buns with almost nothing in it, and charge a lot for it. Calamari app was the best dish of the night, and it barely would pass as a decent app.Pizza- put sauce and cheese on a flour taco shell, and charge a lot. It really was bad. Two pizzas were both sad versions.Rueben-Extremely sad version of a Rueben. No cole slaw, skimpy on everything else. Skinniest Reuben I have ever had.Service was not good. The young guy would not even check on us. We had to stand up and flag him down to get his attention. When we were almost done, he decides to bring out an app that he forgot to bring. In fact, we were only half way done with the apps when they brought out the main courses. Ridiculous. They were putting dishes on the table next to us to fit everything. Again, service was terrible. To My Followers:Give this place a miss. It truly does not deserve your patronage. Any decent owner would shut this place down.

We've been here many times, one of our favorites in Westfield (a great restaurant town)! Food is eclectic, and always delicious. offers a full bar, and service is friendly and anxious to please. Great place for lunch or dinner. There is live music later in the evenings.. on weekends, and maybe during the week, too.

Needed a place where I could take a client, eat quickly, and then head to the train station. This one fit the bill. It had your typical diner selections. However, we went in a bit on the later side for lunch (2:15PM) and the service showed. We were challenged to find someone to wait on us, and then it took longer than usual to be served. it could have just been the time of day? I order the Tuscany panini which was tasty and my colleague had the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was an abundance of food, which is typical of the diners in the area, and the cost is what you would expect. I was just underwhelmed with the service since it was a struggle to order, get our food and then get the check.

We loved this place. It was Cosey and romantic. The staff was beyond friendly. Our waiter was amazing and was attentive. The food was delicious didn't mind spending the extra money. Our steaks where spot on and our waiter ask us twice if we needed anything and told us he wouldn't bother us and enjoy our meal, if we needed him he wasn't far. Great place for couples who want to just be together or spend a special occasion

A Toute Heure is a local bistro located in the Centennial Village of Cranford, owned by Andrea & Jim Carbine and open since May of 2007. Offering lunch & dinner, and two special services - a "Last Sunday" brunch and a "Second Saturday" lunch. The menu cha
We live a few blocks away and have dined here many times in the past. Extreme disappointment in change in ownership--limited menu, poor choices, tasteless duck dish, miniscule portion of black bass, absence of condiments and seasonings, but we did receive a healthy dose of pompous attitude sprinkled liberally--not from our server but from the total experience. The cruise ship we just left had much tastier food. Even the coffee left a poor taste in our mouths. Sorry, we take joy in complimenting local establishments, comparing them often to similar positive experiences we have shared in New Orleans, Paris, and New York. Too bad this is not one of those times.

This restaurant is small, but nicely appointed. The long electric fireplace mounted on the wall gave off a small flame and, even though it was summer, it was a nice touch. The food was good and the interesting menu included several tasty entrees. Honestly, there were several meals that would fancy your taste buds, thus making it difficult to choose just one. The wait staff was pleasant, and that only added to the enjoyable lunch we had.

So we thought we would try something different for breakfast. I wasted $$ on pancakes. The pancakes were gritty. Itâs like Romper Room on steroids. We donât mind children as we have our own.....but please put manners on them. The service was good and the coffee was good but avoid the food.

With a garlic infused menu and decor, we are one of the most unique Cranford restaurants around. Your lunch promises to be as memorable as possible with the Garlic Rose. Our dishes are flavored with the best garlic available. From a hint of the herb to a
Enjoyed dinner here for birthday celebration...Restaurant is small but comfortable and location in center of town with a parking lot located behind restaurant, made for easy access. Server was friendly and attentive to table. Dinner consisted of appetizers of eggplant rollatini, shimp in garlic sauce, Brie cheese and fruit platter and artichoke with garlic sauce..all delicious, crabcake appe was small sized for price.. For dinner we enjoyed the pork chop, steak, shrimp dinner ..But only issue would be the dessert and coffee prices ..abit pricey..$10.50 for A piece of tiramisu ..and a small portion at that..Cappuccino was good but at $5.95 a cup..pass on dessert/coffee.!!

Our kids gave my wife and me a gift certificate and it was just after Valentine's Day that we decided to have dinner at this well respected restaurant. Reservations were handled without a problem as we were seated on time. Very elegant dining room, with high back chairs and comfortable large chairs. My wife had a salad for her appetizer and I had the coconut shrimp with a mustard sauce for mine. Both were excellent as were our entrees, pasta for my wife and grilled tuna, prepared perfectly for me. Home made ice cream topped the dinner. The service and atmosphere was excellent. While a more limited menu that most other restaurants (there were no specials on the Saturday night) the selections were fine. Highly recommended and it's BYOB. Cost would run about $125 per couple without the gratuity. Well worth the price.
