Here's what I like about Old Glory...it's a dive that is unashamed. Free standing in front of a veterans' retirement home the style is simple. They are most proud of their never frozen all beef hamburgers. They have good reason. The mushroom Swiss burger was cooked perfectly. There are no airs here and I like it.

Stopped into this restaurant with family for lunch. Greeted by a very friendly hostess and server. Order was taken quickly and food was very good. Server checked on us several times and was very polite. Restaurant looked clean and staff was very organized. Outside parking lot was clean. No doubt we will be back. Great experience.Dr. Marc Romans 8:38-39

We typically go to another location of CB so looking at the reviews for the Gallatin location, I was extremely nervous, but my mother loves CB and I couldn't deny her this treat for her birthday. We were seated at 10:30 and didn't realize that they didn't serve lunch until 11 a.m. Our server was less than pleased when we asked if we could just have coffee until they served lunch. She did turn her frown upside down though when she came back at about 10:50 and said that we could order lunch. My mother had a salad and I had my veggie plate. We ordered biscuits with our meal. The food arrived promptly, by someone else, a food-runner I suppose. I needed ketchup but I didn't see my server for quite some time so I found an empty table and got it myself from another table. Our food arrived, without biscuits so I had to ask the server for them. She brought them out promptly. Our meal was good; however, we didn't see our server for quite a while. I ran out of water and mother ran out of coffee. The server did come back to give us our check so we were able to ask for water and coffee. Overall, the meal was good and service okay. If our server had been more attentive, I would have rated them a 4 star.

With the Best Specialty Drinks in Sumner County, we are sure to make your evening a night to remember. The Bushwhackers at the bar and sure to be a drink you'll never forget. Our restaurant is a place to relax, listen to live music and enjoy your summer.
Awedaddys is located at the Gallatin Marina. Itâs very relaxed outdoor dining. They also have indoor seating with windows looking out onto Old Hickory Lake. My husband had an awesome hamburger. I had the fried catfish, fries, hush puppies & cole slaw. It was 2 large catfish fillets. I could only eat one. They were seasoned with a Cajun spice that I just didnât care for, otherwise the filets were cooked perfect. The fries & hush puppies were wonderful. The cole slaw was bland. I added sugar & salt/pepper & it helped. It needed more help. Overall, a positive experience. They will close in late October until spring.

We're social members of the club and love Foxland. Sometimes the revolving menu can be frustrating when you find a dish that you love but it then disappears. Restaurant is open to the public but memberships have its perks. The Christmas party every year is incredible as is the brunch with Santa. This is a definite must go.

We have been here numerous times and I love the funky vibe and delicious pizzas, but tonight - oh. my. goodness tonight I tried their Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza! If you donât run over there right this minute and try a fabulous slice, you are just, well, bless your heart... something is seriously wrong with you.

This is a really good local choice for everyone who lives in Sumner County. Service is friendly, prompt and attentive. They have some good local beer selections on tap and some typical favorites if that's not what you are looking for. A lot of good appetizers to choose from, we went with the fried green tomatoes. The menu has a variety of choices for a variety of tastes. Chose the Sea Bass this time, and it was excellent, but will be going back to try the bacon wrapped meatloaf on a future visit.

Last time we ate here I was not at all happy. The menu was on copier paper, half the choices were inked out and other options added in pen. And the food was equally disappointing. That was then,,,Now they have bright plastic menus with pictures and everything.. I ordered the Hendrix Burger, she ordered the house salad. We quickly got our food. The meat part of my burger was very good - juicy and delicious. The âHendrixâ part was about as welcome as Jimmys music - not a fan.The mushrooms were those rubbery canned button ones they served in the school cafeteria. I havenât had them in years and hope it stays that way. The cheese was good. And then there was the onion straws, which if done right can be pretty good. These I wasnât happy with. The fries were almost done with very little crisp.Next time Iâll get a plain burger and bring my Dijon mustard from home. The burger was very good but all the fixings werenât a hit. And Iâll get a different sideThe wife loved her salad, ate every bite and said sheâd do it again.Service was casual friendlyBased on this visit we will not wait years to come back.

Home style country cooking, but as others have cautioned, cash only. I had fried catfish and it was excellent. My wife had their pulled pork and found it succulent and very rich, along with hoe cakes. Our local friends said the place is always busy and typically there is wait. It was worth the 15 minute wait. Pork centric menu. We barely got there at the right time because they were going to be closed for a week the next day.Top Hog has a smoker on site and proudly makes delicious pulled pork. Donât ask for beef ribs or other BBQ items because they only serve pulled pork. Atmosphere is basic and prices are very reasonable. Donât be surprised if you have to wait for a table because this place is one of a kind and when open is always busy.
