Delicious filet and baked potato both cooked perfectly. The atmosphere left something to be desired. Perhaps some better lighting and a little background music. A theme of some sort. The hostess is almost non communicative. Bizarre greeting filled by a long silence. Remember when hosts and hostesses would say â Hi welcome to ( blank ) we will be right with you or we will have your table ready shortly etc. All of these classics continue to fall through the cracks. Step up the training and retraining a bit and you might survive the game. In short Connorâs has good food and everything else is ok. Itâs not even close to a Stoney River or J Alexander experience so donât expect that. But expect the same type of bill. Restaurants in this price range really should have a higher level of service and ambiance. Connorâs misses the mark in those departments. Pretty good food though.Thank you for the thorough review. We are glad you enjoyed your food, but more importantly hope you'll come back and give us another chance to earn your 5-star review. We definitely want you to feel like you received impeccable service.

Carlo is one of the best waiters we've ever had. He had great recommendations and he had a personality! The food was fantastic as well. Tuna, rib eye, bbq shrimp and grits and crab cakes all cooked to perfection. Everything at the salad bar was fresh and they had a great assortment of dressings. We got there at 6pm with reservation and it was packed. The desserts were delicious...bananas foster, peppermint ice cream with chocolate rum sauce and sticky pudding. We will definitely be back. The only complaint would be the acoustics but I'll take a loud restaurant with great food any day.Hi there! We're so glad to hear that Carlo provided you with superior service. Thank you for your kind words! We're glad you enjoyed the food as well and chose some excellent menu items. Our salad bar is one of our most unique features, as is our bananas foster made table side! Thank you again for this excellent review of your experience, and we look forward to seeing you again very soon. Cheers! - Chesney

This restaurant/bar is very cool. We stopped in for Brunch on a Sunday ended up sitting in the bar. Best thing that could have happened to us. We had a wonderful server, Jene. She was very helpful with the menu and any questions we had.I had the Nashville Hot Chicken and Waffles. Excellent, is all I can say.If you are in the Franklin area, you have to stop here for a drink or meal. Highly recommend it.

This adorable town of Franklin, is located approximately 25 miles outside of Nashville. Itâs a great day trip to go. We went to lunch at a place called Grace in old pharmacy. The handcrafted cocktails were delicious as was the food. Best Cuban Iâve ever had. There was also a bar upstairs with live music in the evenings. After lunch or dinner you can stroll down main street, a step back in time

The Prime Rib sandwich is wonderful. And the stack of fries are thin-cut, crispy, and salted perfectly. Although the toast was hidden under the large portion of meat, it was well worth digging and dipping the the au jus. The wine list is filled with surprises and the pear martini was excellent.

My first and last visit to this restaurant. I ordered the shrimp and scallop dinner. It also included gnocchi â plenty of that pasta â but only two shrimp and two scallops. It should have read a gnocchi dinner with a bit of seafood. At the price of $30.00, I was totally displeased as I would never have paid that much for pasta with a touch of seafood. While the service was good, the food left a lot to be desired.

Welcome to Puckettâs! Founded in the fifties, people have been congregating at Puckettâs for over a half a century. Weâve updated a bit, added some recipes from our family and friends, and thrown in some great live music. But itâs still Puckettâs Grocery.
Cute, casual restaurant. I booked dinner there so we could eat and watch a singer perform. Southern fried chicken was very good, mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries were good. Whiskey chicken was a little ordinary. Shared pecan pie. It was good and very sticky. Salads were large. Unfortunately no singer... a Waitress told me there was a mix up with dates, so we left. While walking out, I asked the hostess what happened to the singer. She told me, she was coming about 8:30. Since we finished dinner and were walking out about 8:20, we left .

My wife and I were staying overnight in Franklin, TN, and we asked the front desk of our hotel for a recommendation for dinner. They suggested the Red Pony. We are sooooo glad that we followed their suggestion. Every part of the meal was perfect. We started off with a complimentary appetizer of gnocchi served with truffle oil and lemon, and then we had French-fried zucchini. For our main course we had something like beef Bourgogne over basil pasta. My wife and I have eaten in some incredible restaurants across five continents, and this meal ranks in the top ten! Great place with great service and great food. Reservations recommended.

Merridee's Breadbasket is a bakery / restaurant located in downtown Franklin, TN USA
We're locals who visited on a Saturday afternoon, hoping to purchase baked goods without having to wait in the very long food line--not possible. So, we stood in line, and decided what we wanted to try...At last--we made our way to the counter, but because there was a long line behind us, had to rush through our order. As a result, we got to the car realizing one of the items we ordered was not in the bag--no big deal--we hadn't been charged for it either. Since we bought a variety of baked goods, I can say the quality is overall, pretty good. But it's not exceptional. The prices, however, are exceptional. Pies, for example, are $17.50 each. Meaning, nearly twenty bucks when tax is included. I've tasted better pies that cost less. From the sound of various conversations going on around us, we weren't the only ones surprised by the prices. There does seem to be a heavy tourist trade and the bakery is located in the heart of an upscale suburb, so no surprise the cost is above average. The egg bread was very good, and I'd buy that again. But the pie slices, not so much. The cookies are good, but not memorable. All in all, this is an upscale bakery catering to an upscale crowd. If that's your thing, than enjoy. I'll probably go back to the Amish bakery where the prices are more reasonable and the baked goods really are exceptional.

I reserved a table to take our out of town guests to watch a Preds game. We got a great table but had to request several times for them to turn one of the TV's to the Preds game. We ordered SW Eggrolls, quesadillas, and, at our server's recommendation, a pan of nachos. OMG! It took over 30 minutes to get our apps and then the nachos arrived. The chips were so stale we could hardly bite them and most of the chips were glued to the bottom of the pan and we couldn't pry them up. Obviously they had been sitting around a while. Not much on the chips either, just some gloppy canned cheese sauce, a few diced tomatoes and two blobs of sour cream. We finally got the attention of our server and had her take them back. She did offer to make them again but we said no. Then the eggrolls arrived and again it's as if they had been sitting around. They were gooey inside, not done, and soggy on the outside. While we were trying to eat those (we were starving!), the quesadillas came. What a disaster! Little dried up tortillas that were not even grilled enough to hold them together. When the server put them on the table the top tortillas flew off the bottom. We told her right then to take them back. I also had a beet/farro salad that was so dry and tasteless. The beet slice on the top was so dry it had started to curl up on the edges. Needless to say, we got out of there as soon as we could and went home and ordered pizza. What a horrible experience!Hello Karen,I want to personally apologize for your dining experience with us here in The Draft Room at Kings. I would look forward to speaking with so I can convey this in person and attempt to earn your business back for the future. Please contact me at [email protected] Thank you in advance for your help.Best,Danny
