The Garage was created when three men sat down one day and wanted to offer the best tasting hamburgers and fresh-cut fries. They started experimenting and came up with what we think is the finest hamburger in town.
Food is decent but over priced and very greasy, lazy staff, need to revamp and streamline they way place is setup & ran.

This is our go to place. Their ribs are so good and last night my husband had the 1/2 chicken and it just fell off the bone. My kids love the beef sandwiches. The cookies are a must.

Old house converted to a great place where home grown everything is promoted. The food is outstanding, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is like being at grandmas house. There is ALWAYS a wait but worth it. Call ahead seating is also available. Relax and enjoy.

We've eaten at the Catfish Hole many times over the last fifteen years. We were in the neighborhood and decided catfish was on our lunch menu. Our server was busy, but friendly and attentive. The 'fixins' arrived prior to him taking our order: five hushpuppies, a bowl with perhaps 2 cups of slaw, and a bowl with perhaps 1/3 C of pickled tomatoes. We ordered one (1) five piece fillet meal with a baked potato to share. Our server said besides the upcharge for the baked potato, there would be an additional up charge of $4.99 for two persons to share the 'fixins'. What? The fixins came out before we even ordered. If a lone person had come in and ordered the exact same meal there would not have been an up charge. We ordered no refills; we wanted no refills. No negotiation; two persons sharing get an upcharge of $4.99. Okay, so the lunch did not start well. We knew we'd get delicious catfish. Wrong! The catfish fillets were small, dry and overcooked. The server asked if we wanted butter and sour cream with our baked potato. Butter only, please. We got a tub of vegetable oil margarine. Where's the butter? When asked at the check out registar "how was everything?" I politely told her how everything was. I did not tell her it would be the last visit we would make to the Catfish Hole.Good morning GinNBerry! Thank you for the feedback. Sorry for the confusion in the Fixins... this has always been our policy and it is stated on the menu. I do apologize for the fish size. We have been working with our supplier to address. In the meantime we have been adding an extra piece when the batch is smaller than normal. Very sorry for your overall experience. I hope you will give us another shot in the future. Same ole Catfish Hole and we truly appreciate your business!

An iconic Dickson Street establishment since 2005, Bordinos Restaurant and Wine Bar has maintained a high standard of culinary craft and service for over a decade. Bordinos offers classic cuisine in a modern elegant setting with an award winning wine list
Bordino's is a reliable, upscale dining location on Dickson St. The food is nicely prepared, the service is always well done, the wine list is good and the prices are within a reasonable range. They change up the menu from time to time so you won't get bored. The door is heavy, give it a strong pull, some people think it is locked and leave when they are open. The bartender is good at making the things on the menu, but if you ask for something non-routine, you might get a less than pleasant surprise, as happened to me, but I finished the drink. You can reserve a function room upstairs, but they ask $150, which I found a bit greedy.Busy weekend evenings you will need a reservation, week nights just walk in. But watch the U of Ark schedule, if it is Commencement, football weekend, or other festivities then be sure to call ahead. Do not come to Dickson during the Fall Bikes and Blues festival, too noisy and crowded that week!

Number one... Sassyâs has a wonderful porch for gathering! And the pulled pork nachos are always a hit. They offer lots of daily drink specials. And happy hour may extend beyond the printed hours... ask your server. The food is consistently good. The outside atmosphere canât be beat (well actually we all decided that the new porch chairs are not comfortable. We suspect only slim 20-somethingâs tested the chairs.) And itâs an easy place to meet for happy hour + dinner.

Hugoâs is a funky basement restaurant just off the square in Fayetteville. Always crowded at lunch time. Service is exceptional without being intrusive. The selection of food is varied. My husband had the turkey club and loved it. I had a mushroom, bacon, Swiss burger hat was fantastic. One order of fries is more than two people can eat but they are freshly made and really good. Thanks for the review, TravelingGrams-2!

Fayetteville's original grilled cheese joint. Hammontree's specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches made with high quality ingredients; sourced locally when possible. We also have made from scratch soups daily, salads, and specialty sausages.
We stopped here based on a friendâs trip advisor review and were so glad we did!! Itâs a very casual restaurant but the food and service are top notch! We ordered 2 kids hot dogs and they could have shared, the hot dogs were so big. My husband and I both got the half soup and sandwich, plenty of food and we barely touched the chips that it came with. We picked the caprese sandwich and the cheebaca, both amazing! For the soups we did crawfish bisque and black bean tortilla, we were so amazed at the wonderful ingredients, taste and quality of the food. Prices were fantastic as well. We all ate for about $30. My oldest studies all about dinosaurs and was also thrilled with the flying reptile hanging from the ceiling, made this place a sure hit for our family! Hopefully we are traveling through during lunch again in the future!!

Award winning polished casual American restaurant noted for homemade recipes and outstanding service!
It was just so-so. Had the strawberry chicken salads. There were ok. The waitress pushed their bread on us...it had no flavor and was soaked in oil. Blah. Service was soooo slow too and it was NOT busy. Likely not going back. Thank you for bringing your experience to my attention. I'm concerned in reading your comments and would love to discuss with your further. Please send me a direct message [email protected]. I really want the opportunity to earn your business back. What you described is not a typical reflection of our service and offerings and I apologize for this most recent experience. I hope to hear from you soon.Sincerely,Sandy B.
