There were so many delicious sounding items in the menu I let my daughter order everything, and it was all great!A good place to share plates and relax in a comfy atmosphere.

My friend was visiting from out of state and we met here for breakfast before a morning of antiquing. Our waitress was very accommodating with our catching up and talking before and while we ate. The menu is not as large as chain breakfast shops but certainly adequate for a variety of likes and tastes. My Athenian Omelette was delicious. My friend ordered pancakes and was counseled by our waitress that they were rather large and perhaps she might want to start with a single. Our waitress was right on the money. Coffee refills were frequent. My only warning is that Steve's sign is wayyyyy up high, not in the driver's normal line of vision along with other various retails signs. Would definitely meet here again but might try lunch next time.

Service was excellent, exactly what I would hope for from a local NH diner. Food was good and price was extremely reasonable. Our waitress catered to our needs and even replaced our daughters pancake, free of charge, when it fell on the floor. Great home like atmosphere and the train station memorabilia was fun and unique.

Located adjacent to the Exeter River at the site of the former Exeter Great Dam in an historic building, this restaurant pub offers wonderful views of the river below. I enjoyed a specialty apple cider concoction along with my lobster roll over a late lunch. Friendly service and updated, attractive interior, this is an inviting spot for drinks or dining. Enjoy!

Stopped in for dinner while in Exeter for 3 days. Will be moving here shortly, and are sampling some of the local favorites. Enjoyed a veggie pizza that was really very good. Tasty crust, lots of fresh veggies that were sliced thin for greater flavor, and tried some of the local draught beer. Loved our first trip here, and when we move, we will sure to return to try more menu items. Thanks for stopping in! We truly appreciate the fantastic review, and look forward to seeing you more often once you move!

An outstanding dinner! Our server Timothy was attentive but not intrusive. He was extremely nice and kept our evening at a relaxed pace. Dinner was two Caesar salads, double thick pork chop, NY strip and a cookie skillet with local ice cream for dessert. The chop and steak were finessed to perfection! The Brussel Sprout Hash is not to be missed! An extra special touch was that the Executive Chef made the presentation to our table himself. An exceptional evening and since we're local, we'll most assuredly return in the near future. Kudos!!I am certainly pleased to know you had such a wonderful dining experience here with us! Thank you so much for taking valuable time out of your day to provide us with such kind words. I will be sure to pass along your feedback to our team, especially Tim! We will look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Tried this restaurant because of the trip advisor reviews and very disappointed. The chicken Thai noodle salad was pretty awful. I didnât eat it. My husband had a chicken sandwich that was very basic and over priced. Something I wouldâve put together at home in two minutes. Too bad because the setting is nice.

Had dinner with a party of 8. I think it is too highly rated on trip advisor. Three of us had strip steak and all thought it was very chewy. For $34 for a lower cut of steak it should have been prepared via cutting and or marinating better. The others enjoyed there various dishes but thought the pricing was a little high for what you get , even for organic. I eat out a lot and thought the restaurant was okay, but not amazing or terrific. It takes food and atmosphere to get that rating , not just the atmosphere which is quite nice.
