The most rude staff I have ever experienced. Really need to be taught some customer service skills. Made to feel like we had done something wrong because we complained that a drink was far to sweet. One waiter basically laughed and said we have never had a problem with them before and walked off. Two female waiters clearly staring over and talking about us complaining obviously didn't have enough work to be getting on with. I mean it's not like we was asking for a free four course meal I just wanted my drink changed to something different. Bad bad service. Wont be going back!We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the service on this visit - please do bring anything you are not happy with to the attention of our duty manager and we will be happy to sort any issues that you have at the time - we do pride ourselves on our levels of customer service, as you will read in other reviews on here and are very disappointed indeed to read your comments - if you would be kind enough to contact the restaurant direct, we do have full cctv and can view every aspect of your visit if we have a bit more detail of when you visited and then can follow up with the team.

staff pleaseant but service was so poor we had to keep asking where our food was even to the point half our party had finished eating before others recieved there food was there nearly 4 hours and should of been only a couple of hours even orders were wrong and the best bit about it was we were the only people in there for an hour lol

Firstly the good parts.Service was fantastic and staff very friendly, the frickles are amazing and you need to try them and onion rings are very good.The burger patty itself was very tasty but ruined by the poor construction and huge amounts of BBQ sauce poured over it. Dirty sauce is very strange and neither of us liked it and the BBQ sauce was weird and probably one of the least best iv tried.After a £50 bill and leaving unsatisfied with the overall food I shall not be returning for another visit.
