The ambiance isn't the best, but it's totally appropriate for the environment. Don't expect linen tablecloths. What you'll find are tables covered in brown butcher paper. However, the steamed crabs are fantastic, Hon, and the prices aren't that bad either. We had ordered ahead to ensure that sufficient crabs were set aside for our group. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly, and the side orders of crab soup, hush puppies, coleslaw and corn on the were equally tasty. Definitely the best in Harford County. Move from the casual dining to the bar, and you'll find pool tables and more, but smaller tables.

We were looking for a place to enjoy someGood old fashioned crabs after a baseball tournament and found the Deck for lunch onA Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty empty- likely due toWeather not being great that weekend and them having a big outdoor area. We were serves by Heather who was also tending bar and she was super friendly and accommodating. There were 8 of us (4 kids) so we had a variety of food items. The cream of crab soup was delicious. Nice flavor and very thick chunks of crab - highly recommend. Homemade chips with old bay seasoning were yummy too. The crabs were good - not great but good. The seasoning felt too strong and just was a bit over powering but still enjoyed them. There were a few concerns. The butter tasted rancid as did the ketchup the kids were using despite asking for a new bottle. Our hunch is they are kept outside in the sun and became spoiled. Also there were a lot of flies inside as a service door was leftWide open so it made enjoying the crabs a bit challenging. Overall it was a good lunch and we appreciated the very friendly service we received from Heather.

This casual pizza place advertises that they a lso have a great crab cake and crab soups. We thought that this could not possibly be true, but we were wrong. One of the best and meatiest crabcakes we have ever had. The crab cake consists of plenty of solid chunks of fresh crab. That is it; no fillers. We had ours broiled, which gave them a light brown coating-perfect. The cream of crab soup is quite zippy, fresh and tasty, as well as filling. I would skip the french fries though. Not crisp or hot. Choose a different side if you want one.Staff is friendly, extremely helpful and quick. This place does a big takeout business, but we chose to eat there; table service was good; everyone at Gus's wants you to enjoy your meal. We did. Hope you do the same.

We've tried Italian Sub sandwiches in numerous places. Pat's sub was very tasty and compared favorably with other establishments. The sub roll was of a soft texture and complemented the ingredients of peppered ham, genoa salami and capicolla along with provolone cheese, onion, tomato, lettuce with a touch of mayonnaise and olive oil. The other dishes ordered included a bowl of Maryland crab soup that had loads of vegetables and sufficient crab meat with Old Bay spice to make a delicious combination. Also sampled this time was an excellent serving of Greek Salad. We had the medium size and it was plenty that included many chunks of Feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, Kalamata olives and pepperoncini on mixed greens with on-the-side Greek dressing. Service was fine and the TV mounted on the wall was in Closed Caption mode so did not hinder conversation. The menu has a large variety to choose from ranging from full dinners to pizzas. Another patron that we talked to said his slab of BBQ ribs was very good.Thank you for the wonderfully detailed review of our fabulous menu items, Arthur. Pat's Pizzeria works hard to provide our customers with delicious options to satisfy any appetite. Come back soon!

I recently stopped into one of my favorite restaurants, Waffle House. This one was in Edgewood, Maryland where I was on business. Unfortunately, I have to report that college aged managers may not always run the best facility. The high school student the was waiting on tables was having difficulty focusing on the order and messed it up, twice. The college aged "manager" was more involved in conversation with other staff and young customers than preparing my order. The burger came out burnt, the hashbrowns were cold & greasy, no condiments that were ordered, and the eggs were wrong. Overall I gave this place a C- for the day. Although they tried to make things right, their second attempts were as poor as the first. Not Waffle House's finest performance. Word to the wise, watch out for the Kids in the Kitchen.

My family and I love getting food from the store. I as a food safety professional have issues with cleanliness of the location. Over the summer, I stopped and saw condensation dripping from the ac vent over the table where onions were being chopped. If we had a agency to monitor sanitation of restaurants, they would probably not get a good score. But there is an old adage that says food cooked in dirty location tastes good. I would recommend, but donât look around too much if dirt is an issue to you.

On the way back from Virginia we stopped in at this restaurant. Amazing place with great service and fabulous food! Since I love seafood, Hubby thought we should try it. We had a nice waitress named Katelyn. She was sweet and professional. We ordered shrimp with stuffed crab meat for me and crab cake for Hubby. Both came with a side salad and I had a choice of Greek or house salad and I picked a Greek salad and I thought it was the right choice. My shrimp stuffed with lump crabmeat was absolutely delicious! There were three and I finished two and took home one to eat the next day. Hubbyâs crab cake was always very good but my dish was better. I thought this place nailed it. The amazing crabs have landed here. The truth is that theyâre generous with crab meat when it comes to stuffed crab meat and crab cake. We would like come back when the trip brings us back to Virginia or Maryland. Thank you for leaving us a fantastic review! We're glad you had a great time with us and joined us while on your way home from a trip. We look forward to seeing you soon and remember you can always order our delicious Crab Cakes online.
