The Hidden Manna cafe is family owned and operated. We feature Creole & American comfort foods. We only serve the freshest fare at reasonable prices. Stop by and check out our imported coffees and teas.
The place is located in a historic looking house. The setup is not over crowded. The staff is so polite and helpful. They expalin menu and asked if we liked mild or spicy dishes. The menu has a nice variety. A couple of us had the shrimp and grits. A very generous portion. I had to take home half. One person had the short ribs which they loved. The dessert carmel cake a slice was huge. The chicken and waffles what can I say. YUMMY!!!

The Chicago Dough Company is a locally owned and operated pizza parlor in Richton Park, IL. We have been in business for more than 30 years, making gourmet, Chicago-style pizza in several varieties. All our pizzas are created fresh each morning with handm
This pizza is the best. The variety on the buffet is amazing. Truly Chicago pizza which means not only deep dish. Chicago has a variety of pizzas and the Dough Company shows that. The quality is amazing. Best crust on any of the pizzas on the buffet. The cheese and other toppings are fresh and plentiful. The pizza is so good you forget the other items on the buffet. Two soups, chicken wings, hush puppies, pasta plus greens with lots of salad toppings. The bread is warm and yummy. If you have room they also have two dessert pizzas that were outstanding.Great place highly recommend the buffet. It's so great to hear you've been this impressed with the pizza -- that's what we're all about! I'm glad the quality, selection, and sides could all offer a perfect meal, and I hope we'll see you back again soon for a tasty bite! Until next time, Rick, Owner

Visit us for lunch, or early breakfast and get a fresh, home-cooked meal from some of the kindest servers and cooks around. Our dishes are made from scratch and we always use fresh ingredients. Choose from a variety of diner classics like omelets and skil
Met some friends here the other day and we went early so as to avoid the crowds, which worked out perfectly as we could have a leisurely breakfast without holding up a table. This time I went back to my favorite "Mighty Irish Skillet" and it did not disappoint. There is enough there for 3 meals! This is a cash only place.....so no credit cards. But I do think the meals are reasonably priced. This place is small, so if you come here at a busy time or on the weekend chances are you will have a wait.
Nice quaint restaurant/bar tucked away in a residential neighborhood. Great atmosphere--and phenomenal food. I've tried several different things and haven't been disappointed with any of them! Sherry, the owner, is super friendly and cares very much about her customers. Highly recommend!

This is what a diner should be! I had breakfast this morning and it was excellent. Waffles, hash browns, bacon and some really good coffee! Just what I needed after a long weekend in Chicago! The entire staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Stop by Raspberry's. You won't regret it!
Subway gives the customer the ability to watch their sandwich being built and to customize it as the process moves forward. We are never disappointed with a sandwich from this shop. A great sandwich from Subway eaten at home is often better than the food at a "sit down" restaurant
Vintage Oak is the perfect spot for a glass of wine, a whiskey flight or just a beer. The owners have beautifully renovated the space. Music is not too loud so you can hold a conversation. Food offerings are simple and to the point. Service has been perfect. Prices are good.We will continue to return for the ambiance, great selection and fantastic service.

What a little jewel of a local, small café open for breakfast and lunch. The menu is surprisingly varied for such a small place, the service was friendly and efficient and the food was great. The daily soup d jour is a must....the ham and bean soup yummy. I found the Irish wrap intriguing-- a truly unique creation of corned beef and cabbage handily served in a wrap (I had the 1000 island dressing held) but the best part of the lunch was the amazing, fresh, crisp and tasty French fries! The BLT was also served with fries....I plan to return for a nice meal, but truly, I am returning for the fries.

To be successful in the very competitive fast-food market, you have to be different. You have to do things differently from your competitors. Most important, you have to offer different items on the menu, things that prospective customers can't get anywhere else. That's the way it is at Culver's. Their butterburgers are different. Their crinkle cut fries are different. Their brand of root beer is different. Their deep fried Wisconsin cheese curds are different. Their North Atlantic cod and Northwoods walleye sandwiches are different. Most of all, their frozen custard is different, one of a kind. Get the message? After visiting friends in the south suburbs recently, we stopped at the Culver's location at 23180 South Volbrecht Road in Crete, off I-57, for a quick refresher before driving to our downtown Chicago home. I had a North Atlantic cod sandwich, light and flaky and meaty and tasty, with a glass of root beer. My wife had a Wisconsin Swiss Melt, Midwest raised beef topped with Wisconsin Swiss cheese and red onions on grilled rye bread with a chocolate milk shake. Of course, as we always do, we left with chocolate and caramel frozen custards. What a way to go.
