I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years with experience in all aspects of planning an event. My goal is to ensure the successful execution of my clients vision seamlessly and flawlessly. I have orchestrated galas for the Toronto Sun, All
Friend of counter staff doesn't line up but is served ahead of people in line. No wifi and this isn't first time.Wife left shopping cart to join me prior to leaving building and was told off and to make sure she took it out on leaving. Another woman did same thing a few minutes later and no comment. Only difference my wife is Chinese. I don't generally visit McDonald's as I consider their food garbage actually worse than garbage as has lots of GMO crap in it. But had to kill time while wife shopped a she wanted the free coke glass that came with meal combo. Fried were very salty and chicken tasted close to card board in my opinion but expected as much. Probably another year or two before I am stupid enough eat something there again. Brain fart moment I attribute it to.
We offer a number of dining experiences from our Great Hall, which holds up to 180 people, for any of your banquet needs. A fully service restaurant and bar open all year round for lunch and dinner with a casual menu and daily chef specials. The main dini
We booked the Grand Hall for our wedding. We chose a buffet dinner for our guest , it was perfect. Our party of 55 people were treated to a selection of meats, cheeses, dips pitas, and a large selection of fresh vegetables immediately after the ceremony. The hall was decorated beautifully. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our guests and were able to set up our dinner an hour ahead of my plan. The menu choices for our gathering were Carved Roast Beef, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli and Cauliflower mix Baby Carrots, Green Salad, Greek Pasta Salad, Yorkshire pudding with Gravy, Buns and butter. We brought our wedding cake and coffee and tea were served. Wine was served during the meal.I would highly recommend this venue. The staff worked hard to make our day perfect. From my earliest contact our event was handled by a experienced staff that took the stress of the planning off of our shoulders. Many Thanks to Jen and her Staff at the Dalewood Golf Club

Used to go there weekly for breakfast until a few years back when the prices continuously started going up. Only go about once every year or two now. The price of a cup of coffee is a small fortune...would recommend just getting water then hitting Tim Hortons afterwards like I do for better quality coffee at half the price. The Teepee is where I go now for reasonably priced meals

We were looking for a quick bite for lunch & saw this place & thought we would give it a try. First & last visit. We ordered garlic parmesan wings & caesar salad & both were incredibly bad. The wings were over cooked & possible dusted with garlic salt?! Our server seemed uninterested. Bored even. A nice young lady with glasses was very pleasant & seemed very hard working. Bonus: lots of tvs.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch recently at this restaurant. I have a disability and use a scooter for mobility. We researched ahead of time to determine if it would be a good option for us and the restaurant stated on their website that it was wheelchair accessible. Although this is correct as far as getting into the restaurant and for using the washroom, I was very disappointed to discover that we would be forced to sit inside because there were stairs down to the outdoor patio areas. Overall it was a very good lunch at a very reasonable price. I just wanted others who have a disability to be made aware that the patio area is not accessible.

The dining room was quiet during our visit, so we had a quiet, pleasant meal. Service was attentive. The meal was nicely done. There was nothing earth-shattering, but we would certainly return.Thank you very much for your friendly words and we are looking forward to seeing you the next time you are in.

CJ's has been family owned for 25 years. Originally a Casey's Bar and Grill, we have had the opportunity to become independent as of June 1, 2015. We are passionate about guest service, value and quality. Our goal in the relaunch as CJ's has been to bring
Found out and read about this restaurant on TripAdvisor. Believed the rave reviews and was not disappointed. I had the Montreal Smoked Meat with a chicken noodle soup (instead of fries). Sammy was awesome. And the soup was a total pleasant surprise. Soup was homemade for sure with lots of chicken vegetables and noodles. My wife wanted to have the sandwich too but I convinced her to try something different so she went for the Chicken parm. Was totally awesome too. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Went with my daughter for breakfast. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Food came in a timely fashion and was hot and delicious. Very good experience. Would recommend it for breakfast - and will look forward to checking it out for lunch or dinner.

A favourite spot for quiet intimate dining, the romantic, centrally located restaurant at The Woodlawn Inn has been welcoming guests since 1988. A favorite with locals The Woodlawn Inn also hosts Northumberland County's premiere weddings and special event
Enjoyed an overnight at the beautiful Woodlawn Inn in Cobourg, Ontario (see separate review) and had dinner in their restaurant on a Sunday evening. At 7PM the place was filled with people enjoying superbly prepared food by attentive and efficient servers. This is not a place for children - but more for a romantic evening, a special occasion or just friends getting together for a delicious dinner. They feature a Chefs Table and a Prix Fixe four course menu as well as a regular menu with enough options to please any palate. The wine list is extensive and when ordering a bottle of wine - it is graciously decanted at your table. Food presentation was to a high standard and we enjoyed every morsel. We will definitely go back for dinner again in the near future. This Inn seems to be a hidden gem in Cobourg, Ontario - who knew? Lovely, lovely spot.Dear MarleyandMike, Thanks so much for your lovely review. I will be sure to share your comments with the staff. We try to offer a calm and romantic environment where and even though the vibe gets a bit busy we still try to provide special attention to our guests. I am delighted that you enjoyed dinner and whenever the occasion warrants, your hidden gem in Cobourg welcomes you!Sincerely, Stephen Della Casa
