Haven't stopped at any Church's in over a year. The biscuits were wonderful, the cole slaw was very good, but the chicken was very bland. In their defense, the place was extremely busy, so maybe someone forgot the seasoning?
This was a very friendly and clean Subway restaurant. The lady making my sandwich was so nice and made people smile! She was great. The sandwich was the same as I get at every location but the exceptional service does make for a good stop for one.

This was the only place open to get something to eat, so we turned in. Ordered the French Dip sandwiches, which I used to like, but not so much anymore. I should have ordered something different.

Well, we were very hungry and were about to approach Cleveland from the 105 and we saw this little place. They were so nice upon entering we decided to stay. I had to go to the restroom but seeing how dirty the restaurant was, I decided to wait so my appetite wouldn't be further ruined. Obviously this place has some loyal fans as they have been there for over 60+ years so I guess with that kind of loyalty they don't feel obligated to CLEAN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. The place is so filthy is offensive. The air filters are covered with grime and the old, super old tablecloths actually not only looked dirty but felt dirty. I don't understand why they would not have a super clean establishment with that kind of special little country location and following. I did not eat my burger but Hubby and 11 year old son enjoyed the natural cut fries and burger. Oh, the butterscotch shake was delicious, I never heard of that and it was really good tasting. I hope next time I am in that area I am in the mood for a shake, and if the pace is cleaned up, I might try a cooked meal.

There really is no way to prepare for the amount of food you get here. It's more than one person can eat and worth every penny. We started with the onion rings. Four of them. The two of us ate one and a half of them. They are large, thick, and battered. I would prefer them thinner and sweeter, but they are good. I had the hamburger steak. It is smothered with brown gravy and onions. I had the large portion, so it was two thick hamburger patties. Great flavor to them. My son had the All In Burger, and it is well named. It had everything by the kitchen sink: french fries, cheese sticks, onion ring, bacon, cheese, pickle, and more. It easily is about 8-10 inches think. The best thing to do is smash it and hope for the best or take it apart and eat the meal separately. Again, he enjoyed the flavor. The staff here is probably the nicest I have met. You will never go without since they all seem to monitor each other's tables as a courtesy. They are all very sweet and attentive. Our next trip through this area will include another stop here. We will just be ready to share a meal instead. We got here about 5:45 on a Friday night and got right in. It didn't take long until there were people waiting to get in.
