Find out what American restaurants to try in Cisco. Cisco is a city in Eastland County, Texas, United States. The population was 3,899 at the 2010 census.
My wife and I have stopped at this Subway twice on travels between Midland and Dallas/Fort Worth. We like that it's in its own building and not in a gas station like so many others. Both times we were greeted upon entering and our orders were filled quickly. The employees seem well trained on making the sandwiches as well as tallying everything in the register at checkout. Our only complaint is the bathrooms could be better maintained. We'll likely stop back again if we're passing through the area at lunchtime.

We stopped at this service center just to get their fried pies. One bite was enough to tell us their pies are horrid. Extremely doughy oil-soaked crust with hardly any filling at all. Total waste of money. We had to throw them out after a single bite.
We exist to bring fresh food from our farm to you. You will find us stocked with fresh meat and raw milk cheeses, fresh seasonal organically grown produce, artisan baked goods and fresh roasted coffee and more. And each day we serve Beans and Cornbread al
This place is open for breakfast and lunch. Their red beans and cornbread along with their salted caramel chocolate pecan pie are my go to items to purchase. If you haven't tried this place yet, you need to!
JC's serves quality steaks and seafood, as well as American comfort cuisine! We are located in the Myrtle Wilks Community Center right off of Interstate 20 in Cisco. We serve breakfast and lunch during the week in the deli area, preparing made from scratc
This was a surprise find! While in Cisco for the weekend we searched the area for a restaurant which might differ from the usual and found, on Facebook, JC's Steakhouse. JC's has only been open for one month and is still trying to increase local awareness. We decided to give it a try and were unable to locate it until we called the restaurant; lo and behold, the steakhouse is located within the Cisco Community Center on the IH20 service road. We arrived just after opening, were warmly greeted and were seated promptly. Our waitress was immediately available to take our drink order; non-alcoholic only since the restaurant is within a civic building. The menu is varied, with, obviously, a variety of steaks, but also offering seafood, pork, and chicken selections. There is also a good selection of side dishes available. I opted for the 14oz Ribeye with grilled squash and Jalepeno Lobster Mac and Cheese; my wife selected the Ossu Buco with the Jalapeno Lobster Mac and Cheese, and Creamed Spinach as sides. Both meals were done to perfection! The Ribeye was a perfect Medium-Rare, well seared with excellent seasoning. The Ossu Buco, which you wouldn't really expect to find in a small-town restaurant, was tender, flavorful and accompanied by an exquisite sauce. As for the sides; the Jalapeno Lobster Mac and Cheese was well finished with bits of lobster and jalapeno peppers and while very cheesy was not overly spicy, the Creamed Spinach was rich and creamy with the best flavor I've experienced in that dish for quite some time. JC's Steakhouse was a rare find and exceptional dining for not just a small town, but for any town.Wow that is a great review! Thank you for the kind words! We may be a little hard to find for first time customers, but as you can see we are worth the search! Please come see us again next time you are in town!
For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
For obvious reasons, I have not ate Denny's in years. This particular restaurant, which seems to be fairly new, was located right off of interstate 20 and attached to a gas station. The service was excellent. I have no complaints about the food, which was fresh and tasty. A must-try: the cheesy bacon fries!
First off, think about splitting the 1/2 burger, unless you have a large appetite. My Husband and I split the Bacon Jalepeno cheese burger, and it was plenty for the two of us.We ordered the side order of onion rings, but had a problem. They were practically raw. The middles were still crunchy. We then ordered a second order cooked extra crispy, which were much better. The waitress did take care if us and took the first order off our ticket. The hand cut and battered rings are much better then a frozen one, but I wouldn't make a trip for them. All in all it was a good meal. It was well worth our stop, and would stop again for the burger.
