We planned a lunch before shopping in Sprouts. We go out to lunch locally once a week.We decided to try the patio, as the dining room was freezing cold! After settling in and then looking around after we ordered, i took notice. The floor on the patio had trash all over. It was was filthy....A large blob of old dried catsup or tomatoe sauce was dried up on the floor near the serving station. Old napkins, straws and covers scattered on the floor. A filthy mop bucket was resting in full view along the wall near the entrance/exit to the restrooms inside. Unused tables needed to be cleaned off, old food and crumbs. Actually the next table over had bird poop on the table, gross!Service was attentive. The food was soggy with sauce, i had a chicken salad burito. Deifinitely not a go backWhile we were eating, i guess the manager and a maintanence man moved tables and chairs on the patio to attend an issue with the patio cover. Not a good time for this. 3 tables were trying to have lunch. Bad timing! On my way to the ladies room, an employee was mopping in the inside dining room with a solution of heavy , stinky soap. People were still having lunch in there. Do they really have to smell that? Bad planning, again!Don't bother, get a smoothie at Sprouts........Yuck!Should have taken photos.....to late! Gas Lamp was sooooooo much better!Jane,We are disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy your visit. Thank you for your feedback and we will certainly take all of this into consideration for the future. We sincerely hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future. Thank you again, Jane.

Very attentive service. Pasta dishes were outstanding. Oh ask me about the cheesecake ? Between the 8 of us we tasted the Cinnabon, the Chocolate mousse, the cherry Godiva chocolate, the Hersheys chocolate. The real show stopper here is the desert !Thank you so much for this review. Went into red lobster in Chula Vista CA for dinner sat down and ordered drinks. When looking at menu found what they call Bar Harbor lobster bake with Petit Maine lobster Tails I asked the server why they got the small lobsters was told from Maine.i asked if they were the same tail size as the1+1/2lb Maine lobsters in the tank.she told me way smaller. She asked if I like to talk to the manager and I said yes when he came over I asked where he got the small lobsters he said that they came from Canada so I said that you are deciving the public to make them think it's from Maine .so he asked why was I so worried and since I'm from Rockland Maine and our family are all lobstermen and fishermen and not allowed to catch shorts in Maine. He then brought the box out where they get them from and and says from Canada also the menu is set up by corporate office and Canada is so close to Maine they wrote it that way sounds better then saying Canada.and from a small town where I live close to. And when we got the food we ordered one of us ordered the special and got one of the Petit tails and was well smaller Had to ask for table settings as didn't have got in paper napkin where every other table had cloth napkin and wife had to almost yell to get some service like butter for rolls and to put on potato.Hi, Alton H. This restaurant has bilingual people who speaks English and Spanish. The food, like the fish, is constantly fresh and it always comes with 3 sides. I always take hash browns, corn and another side. If I am not really that hungry and it is a Friday I woould most likely have a white Chowder soup with some crackers and some tabasco. Either way, I am full.

Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes creates an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience with a daily selection of made-from-scratch soups and salads and hand-crafted muffins, focaccia, breads and tasty desserts.
Souplantation is related to Sweet Tomatoes, and set up in much the same way. You go through a cafeteria line to get your salad, then there are stations for soup, breads, pasta, desserts, etc. It is an all-you-can-eat restaurant. My biggest issues with both Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes are the lack of high quality protein and fresh fruit. There are bits of chicken in the chicken soup and cheese on the cheese bread. There is probably some protein in the soft serve ice cream. The beans are scarce, but available in the salad bar.It is an all-you-can-eat restaurant. My biggest issues with both Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes is the lack of high quality protein and fresh fruit. There are bits of chicken in the chicken soup and cheese on some of the the breads. There is probably some protein in the soft serve ice cream. In short, you really have to work to get good protein and avoid being snowed under by carbohydrates. Then there is the fruit issue: you would think that in Southern California there might be a fresh fruit salad or something.Still, Souplantation is a good choice if you have a group with many differing food requirements and tastes.

I went to this restaurant tonight because my friends recommend is as a good steakhouse. It is my birthday (though we did not inform the restaurant) and I really wanted a good beef dinner before returning to my home in the Philippines where good beef is hard to come by.I ordered the 12oz prime rib and was simply disappointed. It did come exactly medium rare, and the taste was fine, but I am used to really good prime rib from my four decades of living in Colorado and Wyoming. This prime rib was tough. I really expected better. So service was good, the sides adequate but not exceptional. The menu's steak listings minimal with more seafood options that steaks. No T-bone, no porterhouse... just not what I expect from a real steak house. We appreciate you visiting to celebrate your birthday, but our team is saddened to read of your disappointment in your meal. Comments from our guests are truly valued, so we appreciate you sharing yours, and if you're ever in the area again, we hope you'll consider giving us another chance to better meet your expectations. Respectfully, Jacquie W., Guest Relations Manager

After hearing everyone talking about what a great breakfast place this was, I was sorry to take my family there. It was a low end Dennyâs. The food was a mediocre step down from Dennyâs. Dirty, and the menu did not offer much variety. Too bad.

I had banana pecan pancakes they taste like banana bread. I mean they really out did it with the pecans. The pancakes were cooked w/ pecans inside and lots of pecans covered the pancakes. I wad glad that my server asked me before hand how many pancakes I wanted because the menu showed it w/ 4. That would have been too much to finish I still had a few bites left with only 2 pancakes. I didnt care for their grits and my server offered to take it off my ticket without me asking her to do it. I know now a days many places still make you pay for what you didnt care for. I was pleased with service, food, and price.
