Great food and a peaceful patio with views. Really enjoyed the waitstaff. Fun personalities. You can bring own wine and pay a small corkage fee. Love that. Food choices were diverse and so delicious. If you can get their fried asparagus, you gotta try it.
It might seem weird to eat from the back of a gas station; but honestly this food is cooked fresh to order and is much better than the Kopper Kettle. My recommendations: the Reuben sandwich, the original burger and the crispy fries with a mocha shake.

This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. We sat on the patio overlooking the lake. We had the calamari and chicken wings as appetizers...delicious. Our waitress, Zoey, was great. All of our entrees were great. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Be sure to order their signature drink, Plumas Pines Rum Runner, yum, yum.

So we went here cause it was close to the hotel. Local place. Decided on a Caesar salad with chicken and husband had the pork chop. Started with onion rings. Frozen of course. Martinis were good though. Caesar salad possibly the worst i have ever had. Pork was decent. Service very friendly and efficient. Would probably not go back.

One of the best seasoned burgers I've ever had out to eat. Fries were good. However I asked for onion rings.....but the fries were good. Wings weren't dressed very well. More like pouring bbq sauce over them. My wife's personal pizza was covered in fresh toppings and like I said....HUGE well seasoned burger. Those are hard to find. With as good as the burger and fries were, kinda wished I could have had the onion rings. Was kinda awe struck by the size of that burger so I didn't send the fries back.

Nothing fancy, just hometown food and plenty of it. Cozy atmosphere, youâll always meet lots of locals for sure! Very gracious hostess, lots of delicious choices. Canât wait to return for another dinner! P.S. Suggest the Copper Kettle for biscuits and gravy anytime!

We happened to eat here the evening before the restaurant closed for the season. The owners informed us as we arrived that they would be paying the sales tax and giving discounts for their closing night! They were so friendly and nice. The restaurant is decorated with railroad memorabilia, and even has a train running on a track just below the ceiling. The food is very good, freshly cooked to order, and the portions are big. A fun place to get a good, quick meal.
