The brewery was founded in 2008 by Tim Walsh and Dave Bryan of Crown Point, IN. They both wanted to see great craft beer in their local community! The City of Crown Point was home to a large regional brewery(Crown Brewing) that closed in 1916. They brough
We have lived this place since it opened. Crown Brown is by far my favorite beer. Sadly they put it on the seasonal menu so they donât always have it. You can fill a growler of your favorite beer and take it home too. Itâs attached to carriage court pizza so you can order from the menu.

We stopped for lunch with the kids while passing through Indiana and had a very positive experience. We sat upstairs and our server was excellent (I think our serverâs name was Jessica). Two kids really liked their grilled cheese and chicken chunks kids meals. Our daughterâs burger was a little overcooked, but, otherwise, the food was great for lunch. I really liked the Cobb salad and the creamy garlic dressing our server recommended. The husband enjoyed his wrap, too. It was a nice lunch with family. We had stopped here a few years ago on the road, too, and would come again. (The only negative is that the seating was very tight and it was difficult to walk around the chairs to go to the bathroom.)

Stopped again while traveling down 41 from Hammond down to Evansville. Reviewed a couple of months ago and was thoroughly impressed with a great turn around of this establishment. The owner is always there when we come and is eager to make sure you have a great experience .This guy looks like Drew Carey after a slim fast diet and he is just as funny. The beer is always cold and the frosted mugs are a great touch. They added some arcade games for the kids which keeps them busy.We stopped on a Saturday night and the place was packed. There was a painting party going on in one section and a big adult surprise birthday party in another. Our waitress,Gia was awesome. Got us free popcorn with our beer while we waited for our pizza. The owner checked with us several times even though he was running around like a chicken without its head. Iï¸ understand this small town has numerous pizza joints but for us there is no need to try any others. We have this place pinned on our navigation and will always make it our stop when passing through.

Many years ago we frequented Harry O's restaurant. It was always good. Returned back to that area and found it to be just the same. Good food and good service. Prices reasonable. I suggest you try the lemon rice soup and the Philly steak sandwich. Both were excellent. It was a pleasant surprise!

We moved to cedar lake in September and have been there a few times. Big portions that taste good and well priced. Service has been really good too. Iâll be back soon.

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday during a break in my daughterâs softball tournament nearby. Not many breakfast options nearby if you donât want fast food. Kinda small place, but was comfortable and clean, and had lots of porch and outside dining. Right on the lake. Nice views indeed. In fact, we were seated outside - in the sand - by the water. Nice weather so we didnât mind. We got seated quickly so we thought that was a sign of good service..... well, not so much. Lots of breakfast options at good prices. No issues with food. It was tasty. BUT - make sure you are NOT in a hurry and have PLENTY of time. Took forever to get someone to wait on us. Then took forever to get a skillet, an omelette, and a two-egg combo. It was warm-ish - definitely not hot. Never did get the salt, pepper, and jelly we asked for, so we just borrowed from a table who had finished by us. Breakfast plates came with toast or pancakes - ours came for dessert - well after we had finished. Drinks? Good thing we werenât too thirsty - our glasses were mostly empty. We asked for the check when the food came just so we had it - good thing, it was not our check. I think the place must just be understaffed or something because our girl was running like crazy and was perspiring quite a bit. I felt bad for her - she was nice. I gave her a nice tip despite all this - not sure it was all her fault. Were it not for the service issues, I would have given a higher rating.

Our family and friends have dined at the Lighthouse since it opened. Beautiful location , usually good service and good food. However, what our group of six noticed this past Saturday was that prices have again crept up and portions really went down. Two of us ordered the grouper since it was so good a few weeks before, but this time the serving was less than 1/2 the portion we were previously served. Over $30.00 for maybe a four ounce piece of fish, rice and dinner salad. The same with the calamari appetizer we always get. Half the typical portion and overcooked. The beautiful surroundings are great, but letâs face it we came here to eat.Hello, we are sorry to hear that your past experience was not five stars as it should have been. I would like to reach out to you and further discuss this. Would you be able to send your contact information to [email protected] and we will reach out? Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
