All salad entrees, chicken salad, beet salad, and wedge salad, all good, fresh and crispy greens. All had too much greens, short on the add-inâs. Seasoning good. 2Two soups, French onion was good, beef vegetable soup was fair, skimpy meat. Average ratings, nothing spectacular, service good. Ok service. Comfortable seating, nice views.

We decided to eat at Uccello's in Caledonia with family and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience due to the amount of time it took to get our food. Aside from the very busy and noisy atmosphere, the food took an unusual amount of time to be served at our table. Three of the entrees were completely overcooked and the server did not refresh our beverages the entire time. The GOOD news is that the restaurant manager was aware and proactively visited our tables with apologies for the wait. The food arrived shortly after but with much dissatisfaction. We never had to verbalize a complaint, as he swiftly saw we were not finishing our entrees. He apologized with concern, adjusted the bill removing a few entrees and gave us a discount as well. Overall it was our understanding that this was a rare occurrence (two of us were visiting for the first time), the restaurant was short-staffed, and management was quick to correct - a pleasant surprise and appreciated gesture (and good business I might add). Hopefully the next visit will be better and thankfully the manager helped correct what could have left a very bad taste in the mouths of five dinner guests.

Waiter took forever to get to our table and took our drink order. We'd asked for the TV by our table be changed to another channel and they changed the wrong one. The waiter had us change tables because he didn't know how long it would take to get the other TV changed. When we were ready to order, he informed us that they had no lettuce for the salads and that they were out of broccoli and baked potatoes. My wife was going to get a salad and I was going to get a steak with baked potato and broccoli. At least tell us when we sit down. Stayed and ordered something else but I wish we'd left and gone somewhere else. It will be a while before I go back to Brann's.

Bought a large amount of gift certificates in June and got bonus gift cards. Didnt notice they had an expiration date. When trying to use them, said manager said there was no way to process them. BRANNs honor their gift certificates even if expired. That would be the wiser management decision. Lots of other options to choose to eat. Will go elsewhere. Hi, Yvonne. My valentine and I had lunch at noon on Valentines day. We had a very nice lunch. Very good service, It was not busy. I ordered some itailian schrimp dish which I did not like, Not Applebees fault I just am not into those spices. The service was very quick and the help was very pleasant. i will be going back with the idea to order something else.
