Wow, we have been to this IHOP before and were really not happy. Had an early morning appointment so decided to go anyway. It was so crowded and people were waiting outside as if it was Sunday. We did not know until we got there, that they were celebrating their anniversary by having a short stack of pancakes for $.58!!!! I was willing to go elsewhere but they told us that the wait would only be 5 min. or so!!! Sure!!! Well we did wait maybe 15, but that was not bad considering. Our service was especially good as was our breakfast. Seems that they had extra staff on just for this day. Our server was Mario and he was super. Especially pleased this morning.

This is a clean well run restaurant, the food is delicious, great choices, great service. Our group was quite large 27 women and all our needs were taken care of very efficiently. Our group will be back and many said they would be back on their own.

This was our third visit to this restaurant but only the first time the food was good. The other two times the shrimp and lobster tail meat was overcooked and chewy. The mixed beverages are always good. For a chain they are not very consistent. I will wait a while before returning.

Had lunch here and ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs light lunch. It comes with a small half slice of Ciabatta bread. I asked for another half slice. Waitress/Server said no problem. But then she forgot. When she did bring it she apologized and admitted she'd forgotten. The spaghetti was good. The bread was too. And the staff were nice. My lunch cost me just under $10.00. Will go back.

This restaurant opened spring of 2010. Very good food at reasonable prices. Family type restaurant. Always have had excellent food and large portions. 1/2 pound hambers are $4.59. Best apple pie I have ever had. Other desserts I would like to try for only
I had lunch at Cheddar's in June 2018, July 2018. Both visits were for lunch, my meals were prepared and cooked delicious. Love the salmon plate on their menu. great portions and great service.

We found this place by accident but sure am glad we did. We were very politely greeted and told to pick a seat wherever we wanted. We chose inside because it was so hot outside. We were given menus and the waiter took our beverage order. Lots of good choices on the menu. My husband picked the Chicano cheese steak and I chose the mushroom swiss cheese steak. WOW...they were both so good...the meat so tender. I don't usually eat bread or rolls but the roll this sandwich was on was really, really good. We both had a very pleasant experience with very pleasant staff and great food.

Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q serves Real Texas Bar-B-Q seven days a week. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and group meals.
The food here is really good. Unfortunately, they have new folding chairs that are back breakers! The chair is small and the back panel hits right at my low back where I already have back pain so it's impossible to lean back in the chair. After eating there, my back hurts for several days. Bring back the regular folding chairs please!Hi Jenny, thank you for reaching out! We will pass your feedback along to our team and take this into consideration on our next round of chairs.

I've frequented Dirty Al's for years, both the SPI and Brownsville locations and always looked forward to it. Today we went to the Brownsville location and it was generic. We ordered the fried and broiled shrimp and both were very bland. Soooo disappointed. Sad to see that you're not producing the same food you did when you started. Won't be back.we are very thankful for your visit and we want to apologized for not meeting your standards of good food and good service , we thank you for your business and hope you give us another chance.

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
Nothing spectacular itâs your typical TX roadhouse, they do a lot of business as it was packed the two times - I went to this location. Steaks were cooked well and good quality just like every other TR location Iâve been to. I was hoping for something a little different here in Texas- maybe a bigger steak on the menu.

We were staying on SPI and weren't happy with our restaurant experiences there, so we came here based on TripAdvisor reviews--- glad we did. Nice little TexMex place with some comfort food. Everyone was very friendly and all of the food was excellent, with large portions as well. We would definitely go back if back in the area, and if you're going to SPI, this place is worth the 30 minute drive.
