The Flying Fig has long been at the forefront of the farm-to-table movement. After nearly two decades, it remains our goal to support small family farms and local food artisans while creating critically acclaimed menus that evolve frequently to reflect se
My husband and I stopped here for brunch on a Sunday and we made reservations at 11:30 am and itâs a good thing we did the place fills up very quickly. Service was wonderful everyone is extremely friendly. Great selection brunch options. We got the quiche which was a special and then we did the biscuits and gravy highly recommended. They have wonderful mimosas and bloody Maryâs and other cocktails as well they do not have draft beer but they do have beers and bottles.Itâs right across from Great Lakes brewing Company and close to the Westside market most likely you will have to pay for parking. I recommend reservations for sure because there wasnât a seat at the bar by noon and most tables were full.

The Bourbon Street Barrel Room in Tremont offers a relaxed, casual, fun atmosphere while serving authentic New Orleans cuisine by Southern Louisiana native, Johnny Schulze. Chef Johnny's Creole and Cajun inspired cuisine includes classics such as: gumbo,
My wife, son and I had dinner here last night (my sonâs recommendation). My first time here. Located in the heart of the Tremont neighborhood in Cleveland Ohio (Jefferson and Professor), we started our dinner with an order of hush puppies, which were very good. Our dinners consisted of my wifeâs Crawfish Etouffe, my sonâs Jambalaya, and my Seafood Gumbo. All three dishes were shared, and they were all delicious. My gumbo was the least spicy of the three dishes, where the Jambalaya was the most spicy of the three main dishes. For dessert, we ordered beignets and bourbon sauce bread pudding. The beignets were a little stiff, unlike those found in New Orleans. My bread pudding, with the bourbon sauce, was the star of the show. We all enjoyed it to the point that it was gone very quickly. A truly enjoyable dining experience. The staff is great and took very good care of us. The establishment is beautiful with two beautiful floors of tables. I would recommend BSBR to anyone visiting Tremont.

The Happy Dog is a neighborhood corner bar in the best sense of the term. We've got hot dogs and beer, and lots of live music, from rock and country to punk and polka. The bartenders are friendly and the bar itself is open and inviting - a racetrack oval
They offer delicious vegan dogs, and loads and loads of topping options. Plenty great brew on tap as well with many local options. It's a cool historic setting too, which could not be replicated in a new establishment. I'm looking forward to going back on my next trip to Cleveland.

We were referred to Dante's from a friend. We were able to reservations and grateful we did. The entire restaurant was full all evening. I enjoyed the Veal Oscar with white asparagus. Absolutely delicious! It cut like butter, I couldn't believe I ate the whole chop. My husband enjoyed his Ribeye cooked perfectly. Our server Todd was excellent paying close attention to detail. We look forward to returning soon!

This was recommended as a place to visit on the posted tourist signs around the area. The brewpub itself had a decent selection of beers on tap and there was a decent crowd on the weekends. it was a short walk from the red line station (w.25 ohio city station) to get here. The neighborhood was interesting in that it had quite a few places to eat and drink concentrated around here.

Don't bother. Had to wait 2 hours to be seated on Thanksgiving. Crowds hanging out at the store. No reservations allowed. Confusion about called table. Did not serve the Country Fried Turkey as advertised and told on the phone. Was told to put in for Online wait list for Thanksgiving. Could not do as stated they weren't taking wait list reservations. Could not order advertised desserts as they were sold out. Food was not at a very good temperature, looked like slop, dried out and had to wait about 45 minutes for it. Order wrong, bill wrong but corrected. Very aggravating rat race. Lesson learned: stay home and cook it yourself.

In Ohio City
A group of 7 people went. It is a nice bar in a very nice part of Cleveland. The first thing that you notice is the unbelievable bourbon selection. We did flights (3 different bourbons). I had Blantons, EH Taylor, and Henry Mckenna small batch for $17. When you sit down, they bring a plate of homemade biscuits with rosemary butter and apple butter. Clearly my Keto diet was in trouble this night. Their were so many interesting and great sounding items on the menu. I decided on this amazing chicken sandwich with pimento cheese, slaw, and a remaloide sauce. Unbelievably good. I ordered the side of fries which were terrible. Several people got the chicken and rosemary waffles and they loved it. This is a must place. After a great meal, there is a great ice cream place next door. If you are going to kill your diet then kill it Big.

Just passing through Cleveland and staying at the Hampton Inn across the street. Parking lot was packed, but got seated right away, on a night the Browns were playing a preseason game. Good food, good service and friendly staff. Can't ask for much more than that.

Stopped on our way to the airport. 1st visit. Ordered the Cheeseburger with truffle fries. The burger was cooked perfect and great flavor and the fries were spectacular! My wife got the grilled cheese bars and tomato soup and they were both very yummy. We were in the âcafeâ section. Initial service was fine but I got up and stood at the bar for five minutes before someone told me it was closed. I went back to the order line and waited there for about 12 minutes while a guy tried to take care of the lady ahead of me while she tried to download their app. Food was 5 star but service was only 2 star, but would return for the food and sit in the restaurant area. Thank you for coming in, we are disappointedâ to hear that this happened and have addressed this internally. We will improve and we would like to have you back in on us if you are open to that. Can you please email me at [email protected] to discuss further?

My wife and I love coming here for the very best soups and sandwiches! You can eat indoors or on their side porch. Everything is so fresh, and they have their own parking lot. And the prices are very reasonable.
