Travelling thru the US it is really nice to see Tim Hortoms when you want a dark roast coffee on the way thru. I have often found dunkin donuts coffe to be cold in the cup as they use those thermal carafes and dont seem to have quality control checks on them. Tims is piping hot alwaus.

Lunch for 2 people with moderate appetites, no alcohol, with tip was about $60.00. If you like paying dinner prices for lunch, then this is the place for you. I had their signature rotisserie garlic chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy and asparagus. My friend had the chimichurri New York strip steak, which came with French fries. The chicken was very average and a little bony, the asparagus was overcooked. I had coffee. No dessert.

Recommend visiting, choose wisely. Steaks are not Ruth's Chris quality. seafood good, appetizers good, service mostly very good. Disappointed with the soft shell crab special. Beautiful large soft shell covered in way too much bread crumbs...just sautee' plain would have been better. veg's came out fine. other apps fine.

Forget 'casual dining.' That's an industry term so out of touch with how consumers eat and drink today. For premium quality and style; fare that's at times familiar and other times adventurous and a laid-back modern setting, Houlihan's is a true original.
Liked the grilled rosemary chicken with the California cauliflower the side of veggies were ok, wrong order, they fixed it with shriveled up string beans weird to fix something with something worse. One person in our group thought his salmon was a tad dry. Service was not good never checked on us and left the dirty plates on the table too long. Usually better will probably return. I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit with us. We strive for 100% guest satisfaction and would like to be able to make it right. Kindly email your contact information to [email protected] and I'll have our team reach out directly. Hope to hear from you soon! -Amanda, Houlihan's Marketing

This place just keeps getting worse. I return only because of the dearth of restaurants in central Jersey. Charred meatloaf was first problem. Replacement burger came with cold mashed potatoes. Then was charged $6 for a slice of avocado on the burger. That was the last straw. I let the manager know my disgust and he appropriately did not charge for the burger. But the real question for management is: how did you let this place fall to such depths? Are you just gliding into bankruptcy or is there a rescue plan? Interesting that all priced just increased 20% despite no inflation in our economy. Not a smart move. We would like to speak with you a bit more about the experience you described. Stopped in for a spinach salad. Had some kind of chicken thing with corn, pumpkin seeds, tomatoes, etc. Other than the part that I dropped on my dress pants, I thought it was quite good with fresh ingredients.Definitely recommend.

The restaurant was full, so the service wasn't as attentive as I had expected, and the tables were close enough together that the conversations from adjacent tables was annoying. I noticed that none of the servers were smiling and I found that odd.I enjoyed my three appetizers and they were so filling that I didn't have room for dessert, other than a delicious glass of Warrior Port.I recommend the poached pear salad (I ordered the dressing on the side), the tuna tartare and the gnocchi (with brussel sprouts, feta and squash or pumpkin puree.)
