Things to do in Bradford
Stopped here while traveling the shamrock tour on our motorcycle. By the name, I thought it was going to be homemade ice cream. Itâs Hersheyâs. It was still good and you get a good serving for a great price! Friendly staff. Cute table/chair combo to sit outside and eat.
The Grocery Stretcher is a family run business located on Bradford's Main Street (and Congress Ave). It is a small store with one checkout counter. It sells a lot of subs and wraps to locals during lunch. The service is friendly and fast. A 9" (or close;definitely most than 6") sub runs around $3 and everything is freshly made. You will notice while there that you can pick up groceries that are VERY inexpensive. They have brands (near expiration) and off brands.

Whenever I come home for the holidays, I make sure to stop by Tasta Pizza once or twice. Their subs are my favorite! The hot peppers on top make it even better! I've never been disappointed by this place. Although there's no table service (many pickup orders), the food itself is great for a quick lunch or dinner.

Had lunch here with a motorcycling friend while he was in the area over nite. I was happy with the small salad bar with beef on weck for $8.99 and he ordered a steak plate and loved it! Good food, service and worth the price.

Stopped in Bradford on a return trip from Canada. The staff were friendly and courteous. The place is decked out with 80âs memorabilia. Prices are reasonable. The food was really good and we had gotten an assortment. If youâre hungry for Italian, itâs worth a visit.

Small hometown family restaurant! Greeted immediately and could sit anywhere. Small tables and counter service available. Waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Coffee cups refilled often. My husband and I both ordered the three egg veggie omelette served with your choice of cheese (I got cheddar and he got Swiss). Served with toast, home fries are extra. Omelettes were cooked and seasoned perfectly, filled with onions, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. Reasonable prices too. This restaurant appears to be a local favorite! Recommend.Thank you very much for taking the time to give us your five star review we all go out of our way to make you feel at home. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you...

My husband and I visited Rookies after skiing at Holiday Valley all day! (We were staying in Bradford) the place doesn't look the nicest from the outside but give it a chance the food is amazing! I had the Rodeo Burger cooked medium and it was one of the best I have had in a very long time! The service was great!! If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely be back! Our server Sarah was lovely!

I visited the diner for lunch yesterday, on Friday after Thanksgiving. Itâs located right at 563 Derrick Road in Bradford, PA. Self-seating was no problem. Filled with lots of regulars from what I could tell, which bud weâll for the Reataurant. Being Friday, I selected the fish fry. I inquired about the small vs large size. The answer was depends how hungry you are. Being hungry I ordered the large with curly fries. The photo gives a clear indication how large the large was! Suffice it to say, I took home a doggy box with half of the fish which I reheated for dinner. The fries were fab. Great coffee and great service. Friendly staff, clean restaurant all added up to a 5 star review and a definite return for brunch.

Happened on this place as we were traveling. Waitress was pleasant. The roast beef dinner came with a plate FULL of sliced roast beef. Felt like it was good quality for the price.

Loved the menu. Super original. Great fresh food, fun casual atmosphere. Service was friendly, little slow so shouldn't go if you are in a hurry. Convenient to downtown, easy parking. There isn't lots of space so better for small groups or couples, don't feel it caters to kids.
