This sophisticated casual restaurant located on the Manatee River offers indoor and outdoor waterfront dining with an extensive scratch-made menu ranging from sushi, fresh fish, choice steaks, and wild game. Reservations are accepted for parties of 2-300.
This restaurant was described as Casual, Upscale Dining. It is definitely worth the extra cost. We had a fantastic dinner overlooking the water. The service was perfect and the food delicious. The menu was large and varied. We started with Pumpkin Colada, which is a fall specialty. It was absolutely delicious. We felt we were having dessert first. We decided to order from the appetizer menu. I had Crab Artichoke Spring Rolls. Very unusual and delicious! We both had lamb lollipops. They were coated with bread crumbs and served with delicious mint sauce. This restaurant is a must when visiting the Bradenton area.

After try to park the car, very hard, by the time you walking to the door the hostess was on cell phone testing,We are still walking to outside, we just sit down the waitress came and ask, are you Guys are ready to order, Reply good afternoon, he walks away, back again with the same attitude. My attitude was looking the way she walks and talks and I see o her a something I did not get it, Well as a probation officer in my company, he told me she was being monitored 24/7.Well she not give to us the hello or welcome, After all she took the order, but bring everything at same time, we are enjoying, guess what she bring over the bill without ask if the food was good, we did not eat the final appetizers because was off corse cold and melted on grease. No dispute on the house for that mistake, but warm beer on plastic cup, first order and second at same time, not worth to came back, plus the limited parking. At next door, they are busy with parking, but we prefer go back to Marco Island over there, no service like that, Unfortunately we drive to remember how Sarasota and Bradenton was on 1990'sMixed and Match is not our good rememberfor coming back.

Where ever I go I end up googling âburger near meâ then selecting some place Iâve never tried. Thatâs how I found Full Belly. Smaller selection of burgers than anticipated tho the Cowabunga burger on the specials caught my eye. The sweet potato tots seemed a bit over processed but were ok. Local sodas are featured. Tables are a bit small but did the job and there isnât much indoor seating so I imagine it can get packed we were early so it was a non issue. The gimmick here is the cheese and some items are stuffed inside the burger. The burgers were decent but not that impressive. The staff are very friendly and on top of things and it was priced accordingly. It was a good lunch experience. I think for dinner Iâd expect a bit more. Iâd definitely go back if in the area.

We have been twice, and the food has been delicious both times. The Thai style fish is cooked perfectly, and delicious. And the tomato and cucumber salads are a great addition to the fish.Thank you for the review and allowing us to serve you dinner tonight

My family loves this place. Even though everything we have ever had is good, we usually stay with the same dish... âSage Biscuit Platterâ. OMG, so yummy! You get eggs, meat, toast (or a sage biscuit!), the absolute best breakfast potatoes, AND french toast!!!!! You will not leave hungry!!! And I love that you can get mimosas here!!!!! They have several tables outside, but itâs usually too hot! Inside there are only about less than 20 tables, but the wait is worth it!!!!!

We sat inside and our table of four all enjoyed what we ordered. The calamari salad, the house salad with seared tuna, the red snapper sandwich, and, for me, the small Caesar salad with grilled chicken. Even the small salads here are generous and the chicken is very nicely done. Attentive, but not hovering, service, and moderate prices make this a go-to place for lunch and conversation!Thank you for joining us for lunch and the review. The Calamari Salad is a guest favorite. We hope to see you again soon!

Nice fusion of pub and Martini bar and food. Great staff and loved the Gladiolus behind the bar. The Martinis were great!

Our late morning breakfast experience here was a little disappointing. We were promptly seated and served beverages but the food was not served for over 30 minutes. A party of 4 arrived after us and were served lunch about 10 minutes sooner. The Florentine omelet special with hash browns and sour dough bread was tasty and substantial. The crepe with vegetables, however, was not at all to my liking. I believe it was made with lentils which intrigued me, but the taste was flat and it was a little oily. The large crepe was folded in a triangle with the filling of vegetables and cheddar cheese underneath, most of which was in the narrow end of the triangle. I did not like the flavor of the thin salsa-like sauce that was served on the side, so the dish was quite dry. I obviously made the wrong choice from the menu and will try something else next time.Hello! Thank you for your review. The vegetable crepe we make is a vegan and gluten free option which has unique taste to it. Our sincere apologies for not being to your liking.the table which came after you had called earlier to place the order. Other than that we have a first come first served policy. Once again we sincerely apologize for any incovinence. Thank you

We too were so impressed with Drew's service, it made the meal so enjoyable. My husband thought his burger was perfection. My lamb greek salad was missing a couple of items but Drew and the manager sure took care of that. The setting is also very nice but the reason we'll be back for sure is the service.John,Thank you so much for coming in to see us at Mattison's. I am glad that Drew did an excellent job for you and was able to correct the mistake from the kitchen. I look forward to seeing you again soon.Chef Paul Mattison, OwnerLiz Fridenberg, General Manager

Beautiful Waterfront Restaurant in Bradenton, Florida on the Manatee River. Enjoy dining outside on the beach or under a large tropical tiki bar setting. The views are great either way. Waterfront dining serving the freshest seafood, steaks and drinks. Vi
Love this Bar! Waitress was great ( Hannah) Beer was great. ( I don't do their wine because if the plastic glasses.) I had the fish tacos. They were good ...But... You get about a .5 oz of fish per taco!! Not kidding!!Really, seems like for $9.50 you should get a LOT more! Other annoying factor was group of 20-30 year olds vaping. Hiding it ( they thought)... But blowing out smoke... and passing it to each other and trying to act like they weren't....... so rude in a restaurant where others are eating. Two other couples on outside perimeter were smoking too! The guy with the beard should be more diligent about this. I'd bet he is a smoker. If this is a continuous problem, we will stop coming here. Even tho it is a great Bradenton lunch and dinner place. We always bring out of town company here!
