All the staff were brilliant, attentive and helpful. Great decor and American bbq feel. 5 of us ate with drinks and desserts for just over £80. Absolute bargain for the meal sizes! The smoke platters are great value. Meatballs are divine. Youngest wasnât a fan of the mac cheese but we all shared. Already planning what to order on our next visit.

We, grandparents (us), our son and his 12 year old daughter, arrived at TGI Fridays just before 1 pm on a Saturday. A personable young man showed us to a table upstairs. We ordered drinks - which arrived promptly - we then ordered our mains. 45 mins later (one hour after we were seated) the waiter noticed that our meals had not arrived and went to see what the hold up was. We had to wait another 15 mins and then it was all delivered to the table together.Having said that I believe that all four of us enjoyed our meals, so it was a pity about the very long wait. I enjoyed my mocktail - orange, pineapple and passionfruit with soda and ice, served in a very tall glass - very refreshing.

Since they opened up the Franchise locally... literally 10 min walk from the house... I was overwhelmed as it was nice to have a different option in the area... I started to become a regular only recently and really got to know some of the friendly staff! They always greeted with a smile and the customer service was just right! Although today I'm having to write this review because of one of their staff, whom I've only been served twice by... had the damn right attitude as if she owned the Franchise !! I don't know if she was the manager as i noticed some of the younger behind the counter servers were in green Polo shirts... don't know if this is some form of ranking... Anyway if she was management she definitely needs to be re-trained in diplomacy and hospitality. Even her face depicted of disinterest being there. She was unenthusiastic about serving and after serving a pinch of cheese and I mean a pinch of cheese,' Even a mouse would go hungry with that amount',ok a little exaggeration but you can get my point... when i questioned about the serving she had the nerve to try and charge extra... now i understand about extra cheese as I've asked for extra cheese before on my Subway and happy to pay... but this was on the new £1.49 nachos, where she decided to put just a slither... anyway finally when she put on more cheese, she then decided to put a little a scooper in the cheese bucket and said to me we'll use this next time.... IF SHE USED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE - WE WOULDN'T OF HAD THIS PROBLEM... The scooper was much much bigger then her little pathetic pinch... Unbelievable some people... I asked for her name and she said Aga proudly !!!What a doughnut she is... If you do go there.... AVOID AGA and deal with a genuine happy assistant instead, they are the true hard workers! ! !

When we arrived we were told he had to clear the table which was in the darkest corner of Pizza Hut when I said that ok we'll sit over the other side was a larger table we were told they might need it for later so we agreed on another table . We waited for ten minutes for some one to take our order and ask if we would like a drink all the time we were referred to as guys . We waited and waited no sign of either drink or pizza it was not that busy , so we left and went some where else
