Most visitors to Bornholm come from Denmark, Sweden and Germany. Few Americans find their way here. As such, we enjoyed our visit here. The Texas restaurant was a treat. Very nicely done and decorated. Nice atmosphere and a menu reflective of American cuisine. We had Desert and drinks. service was friendly and kind. For Europeans wanting an impression of what an American restaurant setting could likely feel like, this one is definitely a good place.

For lunch my wife and I had a typical Danish herring plate with three kinds of herring preparations to be eaten on rye bread. Very tasty indeed. The restaurant was empty besides another couple as all tables had been reserved for the evening.
Finally Mikkeller à rsdale has had its grand opening with roast sucking pig, roast lamb and free beer - whatâs not to like. Now the restaurant has opened for normal business - lotâs of fine beer and delicious hamburges.
