Homey, friendly and clean! Husband and I would always comment upon leaving Farnsworth Avenue restaurant-- "we have to try that place" as we passed it going home. Finally stopped by today for an early dinner and we were not disappointed. Every thing we tried was outstanding, Nice variety of chicken wing sauces. Creative sandwiches. Owner Mary introduced herself and made us feel welcome as did the locals. Can't believe Hob Tavern has been around for 16 years and we somehow missed it! We will be back! Great value.

We stumbled on this place while looking for parking for another local restaurant. Mexican is one of our fave cuisines, but hard to find authentic and freshly prepared. We do not do chains.Enjoyed enchiladas rojo, Burrito Ahogada and chimichanga. Only entrees come with chips and salsa, but was enough for 3 of us to share. Our waitress was super friendly and handles some minor issues with humor. We will be back- price is right and BYOB!

A 600 plus seat restaurant which offers an extensive menu, full bar and bakery. Mastoris also has banquet facilities and can provide catering at your location.
My wife and I eaten here several times for breakfast now, and the experience is always the same: excellent food and plenty of it. As soon as you sit down, someone will bring you a dish containing two large, freshly made danishes. The cheese bread is absolutely off the chart, and the cinnamon bread is pretty good as well. Both are complimentary. The pancakes are wonderful, but order the smallest stack possible. No human can eat a full stack at this diner. Fruit platter with yogurt, oatmeal, or bacon and eggs, you can't go wrong. There's not a bad meal to be had. Service is always prompt and professional, and the clientele is always local and friendly. We drive nearly a half hour to reach Mastoris, and it's well worth the trip.

Noisy bar scene surrounded by TV's.Quick service. Courteous server.Pricey menu (it took me a long while to find something savory & affordable).I got a decent seafood chowder & overpriced crab sandwich (Philips is better!)

We were greeted with a hearty hello and a warm smile from our waitress, Samantha. Samantha was very attentive and patient while we wrestled with our order as everything sounded good. My friend ordered the filet mignon sandwich, without cheese, however he got the cheese - not that he doesn't like cheese he just didn't want it - he still really enjoyed his sandwich. Meanwhile his wife and I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. While all the sandwiches came with a side of french fries, the pulled pork came with a good and very tasty portion of cole slaw - something I rarely eat - which made the pulled pork taste even better as it added a little crunch to the sandwich, We also ordered a side of their macaroni & cheese, which was creamy and delicious. I am looking forward to visiting this place again and try something else, especially their nachos which looked very appetizing.

It is one of the best known and oldest restaurant in Bordentown. Excellent food and friendly staff, where the owner is from Italy.really cares
We love the atmosphere at Jester's, both inside and out. During the warmer weather, the street side seating is wonderful. During the cooler weather, the window seating is equally wonderful. However, the food is average, at best. The last two times I ordered a pasta dish, the sauce was so incredibly salty that I couldn't finish it. The drinks are likewise average, sometimes less than.In the end, if atmosphere is important to you, and you do not mind average food, give it a try.

I chose a diner for dinner tonight to get some good homemade food. This was s good choice. The salad was very fresh and crisp. The Prime Rib was very good. The Cajun Shrimp were pretty small and slightly over cooked. The server was very attentive. Also the price was very reasonable.

This is a popular restaurant along the highway. Convenient in and out. Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff are attentive and friendly. When we go back to NJ to visit, we will have several meals here, mostly breakfast. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

Under the Moon Cafe was born in 2006 from the desire of Estela Buontempo Orosco and Santiago Orosco to create a restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that offers home cooked style meals and the best desserts in Bordentown. Come join us for lunch, d
This restaurant is charming inside with all sorts of interesting flea market decor to engage your interest. We walked in here for dessert and coffee on a Wednesday night after leaving a packed italian restaurant down the street. .This place only had two tables they were waiting on while the rest of the tables were empty. We knew better at that point but stayed anyway. Their tiramisou was horrible. It did not have mascarpone cheese at all...it was nothing but whipped cream with lady fingers sparingly dotted through out.The coconut cream pie was a huge mount of all whipped cream as well. The fact that they were very large portions did not make up for how bad they were. Hey...maybe the food is great here...I don't know. The wait staff was certainly pleasant and friendly.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry that we missed the mark on your last visit. We will share your thoughts with our staff to ensure that next time you experience the 5 star food and service we are known for. We appreciate your business and hope you give us another try soon.
