The drinks were great that we all got, there were four of us. The service was not good and they did not care because they were so busy. The food was great, we all got sandwiches. This is the type of place to come when you have time to sit around to drink and eat. The atmosphere was very casual!

We love this restaurant! Wonderful and delicious food with several different options. Their fried chicken is the best. Great selection of salads, too. Many different entree's to choose from. A great beverage selection. Love the popcorn they give before the meal comes. Flavored wonderfully! Even got a bag to take home. : ) Wonderful staff, too!

We stopped in for lunch awhile back and were pleasantly surprised. The service was a little slow but it was worth the wait. Their happy hour was stellar! Great sandwiches for $13.00 and wine for $6.00 a glass! Not often found now a days!

On February 1st 2012, nearly 25 years after our Bond Street Public House opened as the original home of Deschutes Brewery, we tapped the keg on a new era. Our newly expanded Pub offers more space, more seats, more service and one long-awaited less: wait t
TA really needs a good rating. I gave a very good because of the beyond excellent service but it was a close call. Great beer, no issues there. Menu is great but the portions seemed a bit small and the wings could have literally used some meat on the bone. Everything was tasty and there is more we would have liked to try. Again, outstanding service!! We would come back

TL;DR -- Skip it. Go elsewhere.First, the good: When we first ate at Chow a few years ago, we had a great experience, the food was wonderful, and the staff members were friendly. It was truly a hidden gem (and I emphasize "was"). Return visits were equally as nice. Now, the bad: Our most recent visit has led us to believe that either management or the kitchen staff have completely changed here. We were barely (and grumpily) greeted upon walking in, seated in the back, and service was painfully slow despite there being plenty of open tables. We were able to forgive that a bit, knowing that the food here was excellent on our previous visits. Not so this time -- for example, here's how one dish arrived: Huevos Rancheros smothered with half-cooked black beans and missing avocado, and instead of poached eggs, they were basically hard-boiled. To top it off, it looked like it was hastily thrown on the plate. For the price, that is unacceptable.Sorry, last time at Chow. Restaurants can (and do) change, and this one certainly has. Improvements are needed, both with the staff, and in the kitchen. Should have paid closer attention to the recent reviews, but won't make that mistake again!

On a recent trip to Bend to visit our son and his wife, we ate at Zydeco and had an excellent meal. As our son and daughter-in-law are vegans and we had misgivings about our ability to find food to fit all of our tastes, it was not a problem at Zydeco. We had a delicious meal -- good food all around! -- and the service was excellent. The best compliment we can give: we would do it again!

We offer an International menu, locally sourced for breakfast and lunch. Afternoons welcome Aperitivos and Pinchos. Sat and Sun are big Brunch days with outside dining. And don't forget Jazz and Tapas on First Fridays.
We went for lunch on a Saturday and it was busy. With only 2 we only had a half hour wait. Which is not bad for a weekend. My husband had the steak and egg special. The steak was perfectly cooked and wrapped in bacon for a nice flavor. It had a cherry tomato salad with it, hash browns and toast. The hash browns were very flavorful. I had an orange essence belgian waffle. The waffle was light and airy and the berry and orange topping was delicious. From the greeters to the wait staff everyone was friendly and just the right level of attentive. The presentation on both was beautiful. The waffle had whip on the side topped with an orchid. The steak had an onion cut into a blooming onion shape. Almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

Went in to celebrate our wedding anniversary - seems like we come in here at least annually. Had the Chef's tasting with wine pairing. Excellent doesn't begin to describe the incredible tastes we sampled - and the wines were expertly paired. Justin, our server, was fantastic! Thanks for making our Anniversary even more special
