BEST fudge on the island! The people are super nice about giving samples of you donât know what flavor you want. My favorites are toll house and triple chocolate. I alone like salted caramel and chocolate peanut butter. But you canât go wrong with any flavor. The fudge is made fresh daily and you can definitely taste that.

Greeted warmly. Sat indoors-very cozy. Excellent service from our server Jen. Chowder was very tasty. Salad was good. Tuna dinner was full of gristle, and has been previously frozen. The Mahi sandwich was terrible. Fries were good. Take out Key Lime pie was half the size of what was served to another patron. For the price? not worth another look.

Opening for the season on April 13 Come join us
I feel like Carmen's is underrated. I've never had a bad meal here. The linguine and clam sauce is great and I usually ruin at least 1 shirt per year splattering a little oil on the front. Honestly, this is probably one of those little gems that is hiding right under your nose--they have actually been there awhile and they are consistently great.

This was our first visit this season and we've been going for over 30 years. I felt like I was eating at a diner. Gone are the white tablecloths in the bar area seating and the excellent wait staff. My husband had a special which was ok and I had broiled seafood which wasn't. Our waitress was confused about what came with what and was less than attentive. When she cleared the table she took the main plate only and left everything else, like mashed, coleslaw, empty cocktail glasses etc. We ate our dessert among the muck and in shifts. My cappuccino came after. If I had waited for it my husband would have been done his coffee and dessert. What's happened to the fabulous food and service that I remember? We usually go several times a season but now probably not. Very disappointing.

We did make reservations a few days in advance and were seated on time immediately in a great booth. Service was prompt and great recommendations. We had the fish special, oysters and a very nice moderate wine. Great place with wonderful fish and a true shore vibe.

We are in the heart of Beach Haven one building off the main boulevard. We have indoor seating with air conditioning and outside tables. There is a free municipal parking lot next to our building and it is a great place to bike to.
I stopped here because of the reviews and a locals recommendation. Itâs a nice place, fairly clean, and friendly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and my husband the chicken salad sandwich. My burger had a lot of nasty pieces from the grill. I only ate 1/2 of it. The fries are excellent. My husband enjoyed the chicken salad which came with chips and a pickle. We did try their âfamousâ garlic knots which were typical garlic knots. Half of the place is ice cream and they serve Artic ice cream which we never had so we tried it. We both got the Exit 63 sundae. The ice cream was very good but the sundae had way too much syrup on it. I will try something different when we come back but I donât think we would come back after that if the experience isnât better. In fact, one of my biggest problems was that I asked for a straw. I was told they no longer have straws. Next thing I know a waitress brings over a straw to another patron. I wasnât being difficult, 1/2 of my face is numb from a neurological issue. I need a straw.

This was my first visit with my girlfriend. We went with my folks, who had been there twice before. Though we had a reservation for 6pm, we had to wait at least 45 minutes for our table. The hostess allowed us to wait in the back outside dining area which was wet with the tables and chairs covered in flower petals and other debris from an earlier rainstorm. Our servers were good, both attentive and friendly. The food was ok, but not really worth the hype or the price. I would say the ambiance and decor give off a classy vibe. Unfortunately, that inability to keep our reservation and having our table ready was a very big disappointment and very unprofessional. Highly unlikely we'll return any time soon, there are just too many better options in the area.

Best Pancakes in my life! I recommend to get blueberry pancakes here. I enjoy them SO much I come here every time I go to the island. Fun atmosphere for kids, the pig mascot will go table to table to get family pictures. YOU SHOULD get here early so you donât get stuck in huge lines to get in. It will get crowded! FCC

When we boast that there is something for everyone, it's not without merit. There are classic items and ones that are completely original and unique. And then there are the wings... A lot of places talk a good buffalo wing, but the "Chegg" as it is now co
