Had just landed at Memphis Airport on a business trip from Chicago and checked into the hotel close by. I asked the front desk of a good BBQ restaurant and they referred me to Pigs n Whistle. I had the brisket plate and I can''t say I was very impressed. I struggled to give this 3 stars rather than 2. The brisket was not what I had expected. It appeared to just be a shredded pork or beef roast. I was expecting sliced brisket. The meat that was served did not even have a brisket consistency to it. The service was good, the rest of the plate was good and I especially like this off the normal run, out of the way little restaurants. A lot of times these are the best. I will most likely be back on my trip to check out the ribs since the hotel front desk tells me they are excellent.
Tennessee's first craft cidery, just a stone's throw from Memphis in Barretville, TN. Making our treats by removing the sweets since 2013. Hot food and wares from vendors in the Memphis area. Fantastic hard cider (6 rotating ciders + 1 beer on tap). Cider
6 rotating ciders on tap and a great dining menu. The porch is perfect for enjoying a drink and the local wildlife. (There's peacocks that roost in the area!)

this is the best place to get down home country cooking in tipton county. if you like home cooking this is the place for you. the food is off the chart. I suggest the fried chicken or the country fried steak, either way you can`t go wrong.

We had a group of sixteen for a family get-together. The menu offered lots of good choices and our group all seemed pleased with their food. I had Josephine's pork chops. The were so tender and nicely seasoned. The sides that came with the meal were great too. The table was served fresh rolls with flavored butter. Mine was strawberry flavored which was great. The service was fast and excellent. The prices were reasonable too. Great place.
My wife and I thought we would they The Leafy Bean the first week they were open. We decided to have a late lunch and try the sandwiches. My wife had a turkey panini and I had the chicken panini. We thought the sandwiches were very good. After we ate we decided we would try a smoothie and a coffee. I got the Carmel Frappuccino and she got a Pineapple Berry Explosion. Her smoothie was awesome but my Carmel Frappuccino was not that good. With that said It was the first week they were open so Iâm sure they were still trying to figure things out. Iâm looking forward to trying the coffee again because the prices are much better than most coffee shops.
I've had good experiences and bad. My ham was rotten. I won't ever order anything that could sour there anymore. I go for convience now which is rare. Too bad because all I do is eat out and I would have eaten there more.
We have eaten here several times and itâs great every time. Very friendly staff with fast service. My favorite item is the sausage cheese plate.

Visiting from out of town and came here on recommendation from some locals. The fish breading was good and crunchy but not over done. The wings were tender and the hot sauce had a great flavor. Waitress was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the menu items. Over all very good. Definitely would eat here again.

The food is ok...nothing to write home about! Service is fairly good unless you dine alone. I was waited on and received my food (after a couple that came in later was served first), but had to request bread. I never saw my waitress again...not even to get my check. The couple that came in after I had ordered, and received their food first, received excellent service! My waitress never smiled or made eye contact with me. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to wait on me. Their wait staff has obviously not learned that a single diner usually tips much better than a couple, if the service is good. My steak was nothing, but gristle! I had to get another waitressâs attention to send it back. The second attempt resulted in a much better steak. This was not a âone-timeâ experience here. I rarely eat here because of the service, but your choices of reasonably priced dinners are limited in this area. Hint to the HOSTESS: When dining alone, it is offensive for you to say, âJUST one?â

My family really enjoys Paradise Grill. We live locally and visit there often. My personal favorites are the BBQ egg rolls and their bone in wings. They have awesome BBQ sandwiches as well. Give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.
